LOSE FAT FASTER BY NOT DIETING ON HOLIDAYS.
🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♂️Are you super committed to getting the body of your dreams? .
Of course you are! You want to look good naked, but you’re worried this holiday weekend is going DESTROY your body goals.
. 🙅🏻♂️IT’S NOT!
🥗Just like one salad or one workout isn’t going to get you amazing results, one weekend enjoying yourself with friends and family is NOT going to ruin your body.
🏖”But Josh I’ve done this before and I put on a bunch of weight when I came back from vacation!”
👉🏽Most of the weight you put on is just excess water weight, 💩 and stomach content. .
🙅🏻♂️It is NOT fat.
✅Stay active ✅ Stay hydrated ✅ Cuddle a lot ✅ Foster new relationships .
❤️You’ll never regret the moments you took to break away from your diet and spend memorable moments with friends and family. .
💪🏼Just remember to get back on track after and continue on your path to your successful fitness journey!
Happy Weekend Everyone!
OK so I was contemplating to post this photo but I’ve decided to do so! This is me. Yesterday. I feel like I have to start over from scratch- fitness wise. These past two months have put an extreme toll on me mentally, physically, emotionally, to the point I finally was bedridden for a few weeks. My tummy is bloated, carrying a lot of water, weight, extra fat 🙄 all the things I do not want. But I also think it’s important to embrace who you are now and your journey, and work towards your goals & transformations. I’m not ashamed to share flaws and all. Stretch marks on my thighs, & that dark area around my crotch is actually scars from me being stung by a school of jellyfish back when I was 12. I have a huge scar on my back too 😂 bloody jellyfishes!! Anyway, especially for women I think it’s important we stop comparing ourselves to what we see on the internet constantly. Mostly are airbrushed, photoshopped, tweaked, perfect figure in a dress & flat tummy? They’re probably wearing spanx. So don’t be too hard on yourself. .
Also if you have something that you don’t like about yourself that you can improve on, START WORKING ON IT!!! What annoys me the most is when people whinge about whatever they aren’t happy with their bodies, but do absolutely nothing for themselves. Be the hardest worker in the room!!! Get going ! One thing about fitness is you can’t cheat to get the results 😉 so I encourage you to keep going & if you fail today it’s okay, pick yourself up & get back on it tomorrow! .
Update: I’m officially back at the gym yesterday. & I cannot wait to post a progress pic to this in a few weeks time to show you we can all do it, if you put your mind & work into it! And thank you to those who’s always been so supportive in my journey & sorry for being MIA. Have a lovely weekend all xxxx
