"Smashed Raspberry and Chambourd Cream Meringues". I love Chambourd...the black raspberry liqueur with smooth vanilla tones, so delicious! Whisk a little bit into cream with some icing sugar, smash some raspberries into it and sandwich the meringues together. So easy and so tasty!!! Eat as soon as poss!😋
