The trail was taken by the Nez Perce to avoid living on a reservation. I’m proud to join the Helinet team as Director of sUAS (drone) Operations. Daring AIR is something I’ll forever be proud of, however the opportunity to join Helinet in servicing not only the motion picture industry, but also law enforcement, military, search & rescue, news gathering and 3d mapping among others will allow me to have more of an effect on the industry of drone support across a multitude of platforms. Chad is responsible for managing Helinet’s commercial sUAS programs for television and motion picture production, airborne law enforcement, electronic news gathering, search and rescue, and utility operations. He is an FAA licensed Part 107 UAS remote pilot and brings extensive knowledge of FAA UAS regulations and protocols to the firm. Chad is a member of the SOC, Local 600, and has over 13 years of film and television production experience, with past clients including FOX, CBS, NBC, and SONY. In addition to his production experience, Chad has worked with a multitude of law enforcement agencies, providing strategic sUAS services and solutions.
