✨Happy Tuesday everyone!!! ✨ 👉🏻 I’ve decided to use this account as a way to help people who want to live a more well-rounded and healthy lifestyle but either:
 1. feel like finding a fun workout is impossible
2. feel like they can’t afford all of the protein powders / healthy meals / preworkouts that are suggested when excercising regularly.
I’ve been there plenty of times and throughout the years. I’ve gotten bored of workout plans and tired of doing the same lifts. Recently I’ve found ways to switch up my workouts so that they ARE fun and I actually enjoy doing them!
Also, I’m a college student who pays for most of my own stuff so I would love to help others find affordable alternatives to foods and supplements. I’ve tried many different types of protein powders, preworkouts, BCAAs, and other supps and I’ve found much cheaper options that I’d love to share with you guys!

Ingredients
1 batch Coconut Jasmine Rice
1 large sweet potato, peeled and chopped
1 1/2 cups raw brussels sprouts, stems removed, sliced in half
2 Tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
1/2 cup pecans
1 pomegranate, arils removed (see tutorial)
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced
4 chicken tenders ( or 1-2 chicken breasts)
2 tsp curry powder curry powder
For the Sweet Curry Sauce:
1/4 cup honey
1 Tbsp prepared mustard
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp each onion powder and garlic powder
2 tsp water
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp cornstarch
salt and pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spread out chopped sweet potato and halved brussels sprouts over a large baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with a little salt and pepper and toss to coat. Roast until the vegetables are tender and starting to brown, about 18-30 minutes. Cook the rice while the vegetables are roasting (see recipe on the blog)
Make the sauce by combining all ingredients in a small saucepan. Whisk well to combine (and especially to dissolve the cornstarch). Cook over medium heat until simmering and thickened. Remove from heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and a little curry powder on all sides. Saute or grill on medium high heat, flipping once, until cooked on both sides. Remove to a plate to rest.
Assemble bowls: Add a big spoonful of rice to the bowl. Top with grilled chicken, roasted potatoes and brussels sprouts, pecans, pomegranate arils, and sliced avocado. Drizzle a small spoonful of sauce over the top. Serve warm.

Felt hard to get the non contact in the clean, but tried to keep an EMOM for 8 sets on 89kg. 
Definitely a good one though!👌🏼

Both of these are great for hammies and glutes but I am getting rather stuck on what exercises I can now do to prevent my quads from withering away to nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️ Apparel is all @bejuststrong .

#TRANSFORMATION ❗️ Literal de la noche a la mañana!! La foto de la izquierda fue anoche, la de la derecha esta mañana 🤗
Tenía 3 días sin dormir con ansiedad y ataques de pánico 😱 si no descanso mi cuerpo me lo deja saber de una vez!!! La hinchazón que tenia ayer era increíble! Así como ven la barriguita, así estaban mis tobillos también! Anoche finalmente pude dormir por 8 horas ininterrumpidas 🙏🏽 cuando estoy muy muy ansiosa mi cerebro no se calla y me dan ataques de pánico.
🌞 Algunas maneras de evitar esta hinchazón o #bloating :
⭐️ Descansar es clave en mi opinion! Y esa foto es la prueba, si tu cuerpo te pide descanso dáselo!!
⭐️ Presten atención a las comidas que te hacen sentir hinchado, o que te llenan de gases, habichuelas, algunos vegetales etc. Pero tampoco le cojas miedo! Solo reduce la cantidad y la vas aumentando poco a poco dandole tiempo a tu cuerpo a que se acostumbre.
⭐️ Atentos a los alimentos y bebidas que dicen “Sugar Free” ingerir grandes cantidades de sugar alcohol pueden crear ese bloating. (atención a los que comen mucho chiclets o goma de mascar, es como ingerir aire y te llena de gases)
⭐️ Evita el estreñimiento y consume comidas altas en fibra, para mujer se recomiendan 25g por día y para hombres 38g. Bebe MUCHA AGUA!!! Al menos 8 vasos al dia!! Es super mega importante!! Tu cuerpo lo necesita 🙏🏽 y ayuda a la digestion.
⭐️ Por ultimo presta atención a las comidas que alteran tu digestion. Intolerancia y alergias causan gases e hinchazón.
🌞🌞No habrá ningún coach mejor que tu propio cuerpo! Tu cuerpo siempre te dice lo que le gusta y no, cuando necesita descanso, cuando necesita movimiento, cuando necesita hidratación, cuando lo que ingeriste no le cayó bien, así que ya sabes! Cuídalo!!!🌞🌞 #eperameMichelleLewin

4 sets of 10.... me and box jumps have a love hate relationship. This version of them were ok though... built up momentum for the big jump and took my mind off of the chance of me falling flat on my face. 😂😂😂
