⁉️Post Leg day this morning and I couldn’t help but reflect on where I was this time last year. Depressed. Ridden with Anxiety. Wanting to change but not knowing how. ➡️Fast Forward to August. I made a decision that I was done feeling stuck. 🤷♀️I didn’t know how I was going to get there but the pain I was feeling was so exhausting that I was willing to do whatever it took. The only way out was through. 🙏🏻Everything I have gone through has made me who I am today. ❤️And I LOVE this girl. I told myself that health has to be priority. I stopped focusing on a body size or a number on the scale.
