It’s Wednesday. How are you feeling? I just finished episode 104 of the @marieforleo podcast on crazy simple stress busters.
During the episode, she suggests creating a stress log to combat overwhelm.
Marie says that creating a stress log can help you say goodbye to bad feelings in 4 ways:
1️⃣ It’s cathartic. Writing it down helps you purge stress and begin to deal with it strategically.
2️⃣It causes shrinkage. The moment we write down exactly what’s stressing us, suddenly we aren’t battling a huge, enormous problem.
3️⃣ It’s actionable. Once it’s written down, you can think about how to solve for it more clearly.
4️⃣ It’s empowering. Knowing there’s a place to purge, and a system in place to deal with stress gives a sense of power and strength.
It’s worth a listen if you have time—bonus that it’s only 5 minutes out of your busy business schedule!
