What can you say about this place we call home? While we may get caught up in our day to day lives, driving down that same street, consumed with all the stress and important tasks (aka life) we all need to attend to, we might forget there is the beautiful world around us. Но главной идеей тренинга, как и в принципе всего, что я делаю в классе, это показать вам, мои любимые коты, что ЗНО, да и любой экзамен в принципе, это НЕ показатель ВСЕГО. Ни один экзамен не оценивает целую тысячу вещей, которые делают вас успешными, креативными, добрыми, веселыми, трудолюбивыми и счастливыми людьми. Оценка - это не целая Вселенная, которая определяет весь ваш дальнейший путь. Помните, you are worth more than a score!

Late night eating is one of the easiest ways to sabotage your fat loss progress. Not because your body stores those calories more easily, but because many people tend to eat way too many and end up in a caloric surplus. Here's some tips for how to avoid that.
Eating balanced meals of protein and veggies will keep your blood sugar balanced and your hunger stable. If all you do is graze throughout the day on snack type foods, you will likely end up ravenous come the evening.
Buffer foods are little indulgences you allow yourself so you don’t feel deprived. Cream in your coffee, a few squares of dark chocolate. Including some of these foods can be helpful, as overeating at night is often the result of trying to be “perfect” during the day.
Eating a large meal at night has been one of my go to tricks for years. I’ll eat a few smaller meals throughout the day so I’m not starving come dinner, but my last meal will be later in the evening and consist of a generous serving of protein, tons of veggies and a decent size portion of starch. This allows me to feel satisfied to the point of not even needing to seek out more to eat a few hours later.
Often our cravings have little to do with true hunger and more to do with wanting to numb an uncomfortable emotion. Try coming up with alternative solutions@to do so instead of turning to food. Take a bath, go for a walk, or call a friend. Often this will take your mind off food long enough for the desire to eat to pass. #
If you're eating early and then staying up late at night, you're more likely to get hungry and seek out snacks. If you can, push your dinner a little later or just go to sleep earlier. Can't go wrong with gettin an extra hour or two.
The desire we have for more, more, more is often Ego based.
When we are always striving and pushing for MORE we miss the beauty of what we already have.
While moving toward your goals and dreams - don't forget to thank All That Is, God, Creator, Universal Intelligence- whatever you want to call it- for all of the BLESSINGS you have in this moment.
Peace is always in the present. Anxiety and stress is focused on the future.
It's funny. So many things I have created in my life, the unbelievable goals I've met I never thought possible, the changes I've made, that were and are all I've wanted. And yet, I still find myself striving for more.
The sweet spot, I believe, is fully soaking in the NOW. The rest that is intended for you will find its way to you. The Universe knows your deep desires.
Get clear on them. Take action consistently. Trust. Surrender. Let them go while you squeeze every little beautiful and crazy moment NOW.

Always back yourself face your fears and follow through on your inspiration. As challenging as facing my fears of change and my programmed responses around need for security etc, leaving 'the system' and going full-time towards developing and expanding Alaya Escape and the GRIT Applied Positive Psychology training and coaching business has been one of tbe most transformative and profound experiences of my life. My stress reliever is climbing, and I’m going on month 3 of intense stress + injuries preventing me from my climbing. Once I think things have settled, another big thing happens. Dr prescribed something for my post accident muscle spasms I planned to only take for 2 days, but found myself still taking because it also helped ease the stress. Due to my addictive personality, I decided to throw the remaining pills in the toilet this week fearing I was developing a new unhealthy crutch.
