I know this is not my typ8cal picture but I wanted to introduce you to my gym squad. ☺
The big dude in the pink shirt was the guy who first approached me at the gym. It as my second week and I had no clue what I was doing so he tried to helped me. He's name is Carlos. He then introduce me to my angel Alex (aka the guy with the blue tee). And the biggest dude is Horacio. He's a sweetheart. As big as he is as big is heart is. 🤩
I know it is kind of dysfunctional but I love it. They are all a lot older than me. The younger is ex and he is 12 years older than me. They are like me brothers. As they take care of me. I've never had a brother or a good father (let me know if your interested in that) so the have taught me that there are good men out there too! 💖
Alex and me look so tired! This was today after the workout I posted earlier! Hence our faces 😂. By the way people at the gym think I'm going out with Alex and I'm fine with that as it prevents weird guys approaching me! 👌🏻 PS I do love him though. I do not know what lasd year would have looked like without him 💔

To warm up perform all these exercises with less weights. Increasing it over time!
20 AMRAP - x3 rep of each exercise so make it heavy!
2. 1x squad clean x2 front squats
4. Dumbbell chest press
5. Lying leg raises x15
