One day in Feb, I got to know from couple of other people in the campus that Danny, one of the strays in the campus, was injured and was bleeding. I rushed to him and saw that he had a deep gash across his left side of the face ( pic 2) and three deep puncture wounds around his neck. Somehow his eye had a narrow escape as part of his lids were torn. He probably got into a fight with the monkeys here ( if it was another dog, we would have known). Anyway, we managed to put him on a collar and leash after an hour of chasing and pleading (yes 🤦). For a dog who has never been on vehicles nor on a leash or collar, Danny behaved like a dream. He trusted us. He took his injections, vaccines and meds without much fuss. Danny is all healed, he has a scar running across his face making him look like a thug that he truly is. Now, for the past three weeks we've been trying to vaccinate him ( there's scare of distemper in the campus), but he has not even allowed us to put the muzzle on him. He's behaving like that one child of yours(whom you love but) who's a little piece of shit. 🤦 ..............................................................................................................................................................................P.S: we aren't giving up yet, folks. We've had couple of successful vaccinations and we're going to try to administer more. Warning: the photos are unpleasant. But this is part of a street animals' life and reality. Most of these strays featured are the ones whom we feed everyday, so they are friendly. I have only started feeding some of them for about a year since I moved to the campus. But I have friends who've been doing so for almost four years. ...................................................................................................

«You never make me stay
So take your weight off of me
I know your every move
So won't you just let me be
I've been here times before
But I was too blind to see
That you seduce every man
This time you won't seduce me
She's saying that's okay
Hey baby do what you please
I have the stuff the you want
I am the thing that you need
She looked me deep in the eyes
She's touchin' me so to start
She says there's no turnin' back
She trapped me in her heart
Dirty Diana, nah
Dirty Diana, nah
Dirty Di-ana, nah
Let me be!»

Bono is the second most preciously loving and easy going kitten in the world. And since understandably you are by now wondering which one is the first, the answer is… Bono of course! He gets both the first and the second place at the podium!
This unique championship however didn’t come at no cost. Bono, due to an infection in his eyes, lost his eyesight at a very young age. So Bono is a blind tomcat that however lacks literally nothing in comparison with other kittens of his age.
He was born approximately on January 2018 and now Bono is with the warm circle of SCARS and has everything he needs until he can find his own forever warm home.
He has his own wonderful personality and enjoys life. He is able to move comfortably enough, run, even launch himself over other objects with no problem making someone wonder how he can go by so effortlessly without seeing.
Bono is a very nice kitten that definitely deserves a Second Chance. Help him find his home and his human that will offer him what life so unjustly deprived him of: Love and affection.
He is located in Athens and will be given for adoption in the area of Attica only and for living indoors only. He will be given either neutered or under the condition of being neutered when he comes of age. His new owner will cover the cost of his microchip. Tel. 6936631269
In Latin , Maximus means the greatest ,the most significant...
Once upon a time there was a chickpea cat, tiny like the palm of a child . His parents announced to him that the next morning they were all going to take a trip to the countryside, nearby the sea . In the morning ,everyone was ready and after having their milk from their mum ,they started their magical trip. Pretty much halfway through the trip, it started raining, mum called all the children so that they'd gather up and hide somewhere all together ...
Maximus, however, was too absorbed by the rain to hear his mum calling him and he happily wandered around ,wet ,in the streets ,until he suddenly realised he had lost sight of them.
He started yelling, and yelling and yelling and then crying but to no avail. Nobody was anywhere to be found .
Our little chickpea had to be strong and all grown up and actually face life ...
Then he heard a funny voice ,somewhere ,from afar . It was these dangerous creatures dad had spoken of, the "Humans" . He was too scared to close in immediately and he moved hesitantly ,then he saw them calling him . He didn't know what to do ,so he decided to move closer to them and he suddenly felt himself being caressed and smelled something delicious . In this magical moment, everything changed for little Maximus...
Do you want to grant him the best ending to his fairytale ?
