When we stop taking photos of disposable coffee cups we let cafes know that we love them for their coffee, their personality and their attitudes. Not for their packaging, status, marketing strategy or branding. Then cafes can stop having to invest in single-use waste. Saves them money. Saves resources, energy and waste issues. Brings back the value of real things, like community, caring, common sense...and coffee!
Every uyoc co nz café guide member welcomes you to use your own cup for take outs if you don’t have time to stay. They are putting your planet before their own promotion. Ecology before ego. Bloody legends, all of them.
Exactly what I needed today after yesterday's events. A daddy daughter day and catching up with some friends I haven't seen in years. No issues no worries just enjoying good company.
I don't know how things are going to pan out going ahead but I do know this, I got my daughter by my side and we will kick ass. It's us against the world and to quote one of my favourite movies, if we can't save the world your damn sure we will avenge it
I took my Mom to see "School of Rock: The Musical" for her birthday yesterday. This was actually my first time (finally) seeing a Broadway musical live. What a phenomenal afternoon! It has been more than 10 years since I have performed in a stage production. Film and television are great, but seeing all of those incredibly talented, hard working people pouring out their hearts and souls up there... well, it made me realize how much I love and miss it.
I’ve not posted in a while (I was on vacation). One thousand shows. Congratulations to everyone at #SORMusical , Lord @andrewlloydwebber and all those that have been in the band and have taken this one all the way to the top of Mt. Rock. 🤘🏽#youreintheband#stickittotheman#1000shows
Had a great last day in the city today! Started out by randomly waking up right as the sun was rising over the city...one of the most gorgeous things I've ever seen. Then went to my 6th and final show, School of Rock! The kids were EXTREMELY talented and it was a great show! Had a wonderful time and I'm so sad we're leaving tomorrow. 😭
