Wagyu striploin served with mashed potato and sauteed baby spinach and mushrooms. The steak had a great flavour with a gentle tenderness and flavour boost with tapenade, miso powder and yuzu pepper sauce. 😋

Pan seared/ and oven roasted Ribeye from @traderjoes (which has a great selection of steaks btw, highly recommend). Sautéed broccoli, and side of fresh guacamole. 🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩
Coat with olive oil and sprinkle on:
-garlic powder -onion powder -DO NOT COOK RIGHT AWAY! Massage spices into the steak and let sit until it gets to room temp. -in a hot pan, add some olive oil and sear *each* side of the steak until it has a beautiful crisp sear on each side (use tongs if you can, try NOT to poke the steak with a fork. You wanna keep all those juices inside the steak while you’re cooking)
Once each side is seared,place in oven at 350F. Check on steak in a few minutes. Use a food thermometer to check the internal temp. For medium, remove when steak is at internal temp is around 135F / 140F.
Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes (just to let the internal juices collect). Serve and enjoy. 🥑🥑🥑🥑🥑🥑🥑
