I get one “cheat meal” a week. A cheat meal to me is something healthy, but I didn’t make it from scratch. Luckily @coffee.nosh is near my job on Thursdays and I get to eat their fresh from scratch breakfast and mango lemonade!! The steak bowl has potatoes, 2 eggs, cheese (I skip), steak and the best chipotle sauce I have ever had in my existence. It equals to roughly a little over 500 calories. But I end up full the entire day until dinner. Their mango lemonade gives me life. It’s a nice little treat that I probably don’t need but I believe I deserve. My body needs the nutrients. What a treat!!💕After a girl scout event I got some alone time with my home cooked steak/quinoa bowl. All done in 10 minutes!! This is way better than what I could buy at most restaurants. Lunch date with my daughter Ava. We were heading to Mucho Gusto, but saw Chipotle on the way and she burst out with excitement and asked to go to Chipotle instead. Healthy choices can be made and with fresh ingredients you can build your own. I ordered the Steak Bowl. No starches, beans, rice or chips. Just a Salad bowl with steak, grilled peppers, cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, topped with more lettuce and spicy red salsa and Tabasco for more heat.
