While the beach was beautiful, the journey to get there was by far the scariest part of the trip. It was basically one long road, from the city to the sand, filled with “merchants”. These people, no joke, had just about every knockoff brand of shoes, purses, clothes, belts, jewelry, etc. for sale and were determined to get you to purchase from them. They would yell, pull on your shirt, and offer up A TON of deals. While the walk there had me a little on edge, the closer you got to the sand, men (alone) would come up to you with drugs and tapestries (quite the combination) with the same sales techniques. The only thing was, while walking you had the option of simply turning your head and ignoring the merchants. When the men came up to you they were so persistent and WOULD NOT leave. Eventually, after being ignored for probably 10 minutes, they left. Fortunately, we mad it out alive and can now say we’ve touched the Mediterranean! .

Happy Monday Y’all! Omggg don’t Monday’s suck? I know they do for me. Today was a longgg day. I walked in the clinic working nonstop lol... we delivered 3 babies “one was a set of beautiful twins”, we had 3 regular appointments and multiple appointment requests. At @peacefulhealthcare we do everything we can to make everyone’s pregnancy dreams come true so we go real hard for our patients. So that means that even though I was in the worse pain ever I still made myself available. As y’all can see I’m still moving “yep still moving lol”! It’s gonna take a little longer because tae and I are too busy to finish the job but by the end of the week we will be in our new home... send prayers our way lol!
Hugs & Love 💕✨Yours Truly✨

Heartfelt thank you to those of you who called to check in on me to make sure I am safe. What happened today was truly devastating and having it hit so close to home is quite alarming... My prayers are with the families of the deceased.
I am proud that we had one brave officer that restrained from using a firearm in the face of danger. Now that the perpetrator is apprehended alive, we may have more answers in next few days to get a better idea of what really happened. Hoping our city remains strong and won't be too quick to jump on the terrorism bandwagon until further info is disclosed.
Starting to stock friends up for fun in the sun!! Remember...the sun is NOT our friend no matter how little time our precious skin is unexposed. R+F takes sun protection extremely seriously which is why we offer highest quality of effective sun protection ingredients built in to every regimen...even for my sensitive skinned friends 🙌 and can use on the kiddos 👫. We also have others to make sure your body 🕺🏼(that hydrates at the same time), lips 👄 (so they don’t shrivel up), hands 🤘(esp when driving!!!) are also kept outta sun’s harm. And even got the fake stuff to fake a natural glow 💁🏻♀️🌞 without being a streaky mess 😳. Get in touch for more info!
Cannot believe my eyes right now as I look out from my balcony. A normally bustling Yonge Street at rush hour is eerily quiet, with shoes, blood, dead bodies covered in tarps , windows smashed and fire hydrants ripped from the ground. North York can feel like a little bubble a very safe one, which has made it all the more shocking. Thinking of all those affected, for those who work here, play here, dine here and those who call it home. ❤️🖤
Our condolences to all those affected by the tragedy in North York today. Hard to comprehend this behaviour happening anywhere, let alone at home. Love to Toronto during this time. ❤
