So at the beginning of the week i asked the girls if they fancied a walk today providing the weather was good- you know to accumulate steps, like 5-6k or something? 😇
2 hours, 5.5miles and 15 thousand steps later, we were done 🤣😵 As always we had a good bitch, gave each other some words of encouragement and decided we are off to turkey in October 😂🤷🏼♀️ I've just finished my hour on the stair master and I can officially say my poor legs are shot to shit 😩 BUT I love this, we aren't complaining and we are getting it done- because 1️⃣ it's my choice and 2️⃣no excusessssss 🙏🏼 Oh and @abikerr I've tagged you because you might want to read the caption ☀️☀️
What a modern day death machine looks like.
Cardio got switched up this week and went from 45 min to 25 min I was thinking it was going to be a breeze, boy was I wrong. 25 min as hard as you can go is a ball buster and every time I finish my heart is telling me to fuck off. I have made it to the top of Sear Tower two days in a row hopefully I can keep improving! Made it 50 more steps today in the time period then yesterday but it only gets harder to improve.
