Warm up and a ‘fire starter’ to the energy systems. Then 10 x 2:00 best efforts followed by 2:00, 1:45, 1:30, 1:15, 1:00, :45, :30, :15 and finally 0 seconds of recovery between intervals.

#TBT to keeping it simple - same time, same place, same bike as last year’s Grand Junction Off Road, the second installment of the @epicrides four-race marathon XC series. We’re keeping it simple this weekend. After I land at the airport tonight, I’m taking a 14-minute cab ride to the house! I’m also keeping the knobbies on all weekend.
