Pilates Everyday | It’s been a while since I last stepped on the stability chair. This is great for the abdominals as you use them to draw your bottom up towards the ceiling, while maintaining a steady pulse. You will feel a nice stretch as your back flexes. It’s a wonderful feeling and yet terribly exhausting at the same time. Stay stable and keep sweating y’ all! Happy Thursday!

... Don’t know about you, but I remember my first time trying this exercise I was scared I would fall face first and wondered “how possible?” 🤔
.... It’s possible because I believe in myself and I kept practicing. Not saying it’s easy now but it’s definitely easier 😉
