The sad truth is that knife crime IS on the rise. Some will say we just hear of it more because we share information on social media but according to The National Office For Crime Statistics the police recorded 39,598 offences involving a knife or sharp instrument in the latest year ending December 2017, a 22% increase compared with the previous year (32,468) and the highest number in the seven-year series (from year ending March 2011). Some things we know to be true are that:
1. If you are caught with a knife (or a gun), regardless of whether you say it was for your own protection or you were carrying it for someone else, you will be arrested and prosecuted. Possession of a knife can carry a prison sentence of up to 4 years even if it's not used.
2. If you stab somebody and they die, you will face a life sentence and will serve a minimum prison sentence of 25 years.
3. If someone is injured or killed by a knife or gun in your presence, even if you're not the one using the weapon, you too could be prosecuted. You could be sent to prison for murder in what is referred to as ‘joint enterprise’.
Solid a set of my Shroom Art collection to this guy tonight. I'm a bit shook as there was a stabbing not too long beforehand at our very show @richmondtavernlive I am very uncomfortable with hoe some people are. Please stay safe & don't do unnecessary/new drugs esp. while in a public setting. Had a good scare last night with how some people are and how easy situations can get awry.
Be gentle but fun my fellow Moshers. No need to get ridiculously ducked up just to have a good time. Be smart& Stay safe
I've been stabbed in the back by those I needed most. I've been lied to by those I love. And I have felt alone when I couldn't afford to be. But at the end of the day, I had to learn to be my own best friend, because there's going to be days where no-one is going to be there for me but
Wanted for the murder, he stabbed my closest brother/Team member @lbsmasher1 . Last Friday may 11 after my bro beat his up bare Hands one on one . The lil bitch got up from the floor and pull a nife and him and stabbed in the chest puncturing his heart smh 😠. Asking people for help if they seen him around the Norwalk or Bellflower area. Plz contact me or the Norwalk Sheriff #Norwalk#Bellflower#LaMirada#Whittier#Murder#187#Stabbing#Killing#OutlawzMostWanted#8181320
Caution very graphic!
True human predators don't think like you and me. Don't expect your rationale to be congruent with theirs. Violence is quick, dirty and no joke. Range play is for a certain skill building process. Regardless of what you think you would do or even have exhibited the skills to perform. You need the composure to perform. The ability, through physical exposure and mental imagery to act. To quote my dude @instructor_zee "exposure equals composure."
You earn that through training, but it must be with the correct attitude and mindset.
Lots to learn here. Best wishes for this man and his family. Take your safety seriously.

Physique before the stabbing. Part 3
I share these 3 gym posts to allow my supporters and followers to understand the life I used to have and live with a passion. I share this so that you can know me. The sacrifice and changes I have had to accept since the stabbing. It has been the hardest thing ever. The doctors told me that I would NEVER be able to gym like I used to. They weren't wrong. But that hasn't stopped me. I am still glad and grateful that I can still do something and keep gym as a factor in my life. Even if it is minimal.
