Penshaw poi play... So this morning i joined the girls for tough mudder training up penshaw hill which was a killer because the sun was shining and it was super warm and so hard to breathe. We did well though but i know i am going to ache tomorrow haha.
Took my poi up on the last walk/jog so i could get some pretty vids at the top in the sun only for clare to remind me i had left my phone in the car 😣😣😣 haha. So i practiced at the bottom instead. It had got really windy and overcast and didnt fancy running back down again if it started raining haahaa.
Thread the needle on my butterfly still needs works but they are slowly improving.
