You better not mess with the Amazons! 😂😈💪 What a great welcome back program for me! Hahahaha. My performance yday was not as good but it's okay 👌 No more off-seasons this time. Race schedules are tough as there are races every month and I could not define which is the minor or majo ones.
But nevertheless, will still give my all. My weaknesses were already exposed in the recent races and I am more than ready to strengthen them. Will use my frustrations to further improve myself and become better each day. 💖. You are now next, Cebu! .

Sunday I celebrated my first Burpee free race! I knew that I could complete the rest of the obstacles that came after the dreaded Spear throw, so it all came down to this moment right here. As you can tell I was a little excited 😉 Couldn’t have got it without the advice and help from my coach @ninteman7 #spartanrace#spearthrow#burpeefree#spartanbigbear

Humans have a fascinating relationship with tools. The first toolmakers were probably the “Homo habilis”, which used tools to grind coarse vegetation while other early “humans” developed more effective teeth and jaws. The Homo habilis also had a larger brain, which is where this gets pretty cool. It seems humans are so proficient with tools because of their imagination. We can see an outcome in the mind’s eye before it happens. Even simple stone flakes found in some of the earliest human fossils are perfectly symmetrical and sharp all around, suggesting there’s no way they were made by chance. They were carefully planned and crafted. And you thought you couldn’t see into the future. 😉👁
@nickiangelina making it look easy! We love having fellow racers out to get ready for a race. This was the beginning of last week, final prep before Big Bear. We are excited to hear how the race went for everyone as they make it in this week.
