This is a pretty good indication of what we eat in a week. The majority of our meals are made up of carbohydrates 🥦🍓 being in the form of fruits and vegetables. On top of this I’d add my protein source (for me that is meat and eggs, lentils and beans don’t agree with me) then I add a source of fats (avocado, nuts, seeds, olive oils, goats cheese, olives, etc) 🥥
The most important thing when building a meal for myself is to firstly listen to my body and what I feel like eating. I then aim for a well balanced meal, with a heap of colour, and aiming for mostly foods from the earth. 😋
