‘The Sound Healing Symphony’ is coming back to Los Angeles!! May 10th and 11th. Tag a friend in LA to let them know 💜
We are so thrilled to come back. We feel that every time we do this practice, we go deeper and into a richer state of tranquility.
This meditative gathering is a convergence of some of the west coast’s best meditative musicians. We’re coming together in harmony to elucidate your deepest state of clarity, soothe away your worries, and bring you closer to your heart.💜 Led by Guy Douglas, and with Sarah Glass, Russell Feingold, Dan Neville, Marco Ferrero, Simona Marie Asinovski and more. 🎶 On gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Native American flutes, Celtic Harp, Vibraphone, Didgeridoo and so much more.

MUSIC can be therapeutic & transcendent (if we let it be).// It’s amazing how different vibratory/musical sounds can influence your thoughts & emotions! It’s truly powerful when you think about it.
And I like to believe that whatever comes UP is exactly what needs to come OUT, especially when doing a sound healing meditation. 🎶🎶
There were moments when I allowed my playful spirit to embark on this musical adventure, but then there were also moments when the chatty monkey mind just wouldn’t shut up! Lol... 🐒🐒
And in these trying moments, I’d tell myself to surrender to the sound, just a bit more, one inch at a time....breathing in the words “allow it to be.”
Oftentimes, we try to paint the experience, rather than appreciate the experience that’s being painted for us...
🌿Music can remind us of the beauty of sweet surrender. LET IT BE.

“Sound Meditation (often known as ‘sound healing’) is the practice of listening to soothing sounds to reach profound states of clarity and relaxation. It opens up deep meditative states that are usually unreachable without considerable effort.
During the “Sound Healing Symphony” at Grace Cathedral, participants lie down and are bathed head to toe in sound— it's a very hypnotic, ethereal experience.” It was an amazing experience! The sound washes over and through you. Kind of like doing Ayahuasca without the pesky purging. 😉
Welcome our new didgeridoo player, Atusa Amani, on March 16th!
She's flying up from LA to join us 💜
Atusa Amaɳi is a multi-instrumentalist, Sound Healing Practitioner and Teacher, exploring the sacred power of the Didgeridoo since 2004. Atusa offers a unique live sonic experience whether it’s to entrain the mind into a state of stillness or to activate the body into a high energy-dance-state. Her intention is to form community thru music and create a safe, fun environment for transformation and self-exploration.
Tickets are up! We are thrilled to converge again in less than two weeks at @gracecathedral
bit.ly/februarygracelove (ticket link in bio 👉) Loving this photo of Russell Feingold, our didge master (@deeplove777). Russell is a shamanic sound healer, ceremonialist, and author of the Heart Wisdom. He has been walking the path of Peruvian Shamanism for almost 20 years, and has over twenty 25 years of study and practice in holistic healing, deep therapeutic process work, energy medicine, and meditation.
Notes: * There are two types of seated tickets: "Pews" and "Choir". Pews are in front of the stage. Choir spots are behind the stage— so not as much of a view, but the sound will be fantastic. * This is our only night in February
* Be mindful, double check ticket types before buying
The most epic sound journey I have been on. So powerful. I called in my angels and asked for guidance. I also got to meet the magical wizard @theadamjamesexperience 🙏🏼💫 life is incredibly #synchronistic and never fails to amaze me! So #blessed ❤️
Have friends in LA? Tag them. We’re bringing The Sound Healing Symphony to a beautiful church in Downtown LA. Link in bio 👉
We love this Church— St John’s in LA. Right now, the entrance reads “Thou Shalt Not Kill...Control Guns Now”. In the 1970’s the church protested the Vietnam war. They celebrated the end of the war in 1973 with a ceremony that included a shofar. “The church chose this moment to signify our thanksgiving that our bombers no longer rake the ravaged land, that our prisoners of war are finally home and our fighting forces withdrawn from an enterprise that drained the spiritual as well as the material resources of our land.” - Rev E Lawrence Carter
