Are you one of those people who had a diary in school and wrote in it religiously? I wasn’t, but now I sort of get it 📝
Recently I felt called to start journaling and I have found it has made a huge difference in my sleep, chaotic mind and anxiety. I’ve been choosing to write in it when I feel like it, putting no pressure on myself as to how often, how long I write for and what the content is 📘💡⏰
I’ve found myself actively finding solutions to the issues that race through my mind, putting stuff to ‘bed’ that don’t have an answer and coming up with goals related to my health, career, family etc.
I actually just looked it up to see if it was a thing for mental health and it is!! Apparently journaling leads to a decrease in depression and anxiety, a lower heart rate and allows you to give structure and then sort out anxious thoughts. ⭐️
Has anyone else had success? Tell me more! After mindset and meditation this is my next weapon against post natal depression 👊🏻

Last week we talked about visually seeing our souls, today I want to think about feeding our souls for a strong life.
Can we be mindful about our eating? Eat for our souls and think about our food options? Do we really need to just pick up a packet of crisps or chocolate bar for instant gratification and then feel rubbish?
I believe not, in yoga we feed our souls by our asanas both visually and internally and it is so important than when our practice is over that we continue to look after our souls, nourish and cherish them.
By being mindful and eating for our souls we need to think what does our body actually want? What does our body need? Protein, then a handful of nuts, sugar then a portion of raspberries or blueberries both instant with no thought required, just a love for ourselves, a love to nourish ourselves and most importantly feel good about ourselves.

Creating a warm cosy zen den is one of my favourite things. It's like a portal to dip into flow and completely let go. To find myself again back at my centre.🌻

Ain’t that the fucking truth. Oooof. I’m constantly working on this. The better I get at it, the better I am at dealing w/ those difficult people who I just can’t cut out of my life. Stangers too but...
But it’s those souls I can’t get rid of that are my greatest teachers. We all have those people amIright?
And I see it in myself all the time too btw. How I treat people has more to do w/ how I’m feeling in that moment.

Consistency is the key to progress and I am loving the journey, Thanks to my trainer @kylraggioperformance for a program that is easy to follow and the results are speaking for themselves. I am the lowest body fat percentage I have ever been and feel well on track for what I want to achieve. Love having some clear goals in progress. 💪🏽💭👌🏼

As often as possible I work on trusting God, followed by my spirit guides all while tuning into different set of tools that allow me to tap into a state of knowingness without reason.
I believe God is all knowing and all loving and because of this perfect love there is this thing called free will, a gift we all have and one most of us take for granted.
Truth is that the source of all can choose to make us do or not do one thing or the other. As we understand, God has chosen not to execute this authority over the gift of free will we received when we became flesh, however, I believe that the choice God would want us to make would only make our lives better. .
These choices are constantly being whispered to us through God’s own voice in our heart. These choices are whispered to us through the countless spirit guides and #synchronicities provided to us in life..yet we fail to trust and this failure drives us to the path of major resistance. .
Somehow even if we take this path, God always provides pathways to the better path along the way.. better because the resistance is of lesser grade.. yet both paths will in their own time lead us to where we truly want to be, with God. .
The point behind all of this is that we should learn to trust.. why is that trust lacking in you? What led you to doubt? Have you tried understanding? The quicker you do, the sooner you will regain that trust and promptly after you will be on the path of least resistance, purpose and manifested miracles... God only wants for you that which you want for yourself so pray for trust.. listen and let yourself be guided to light by choice... don’t be so focused with knowing, simply ask to be led by #God who already knows.
Today the shift acknowledges you as the giver, the connector and the healer. It acknowledges how you have neglected your own heart and the pain of being at the bottom of your own list. You may feel taken for granted and really deeply look back and see presently how imbalanced that flow is and emotions wash through you of feeling unseen.
The shift may gift you the awareness of how you've offered and enabled yourself to believe your role in life is to serve the observable to suffer neglect. Let this be dissolved in the truth that this is not your role.
Feel into the day and feel what your heart, soul and body need in terms of energetic emotion. You need to be with yourself today 100% in service to your heart. Forgive those who took and didn't invest, judged, have not supported you and forgive yourself for allowing this. Time to draw a line under all that was, release and with knowing let go. Yes it's painful .....self neglect is the highest form of abuse 💜
Listen to your heart
Whenever life throws curveballs, it's always important to not only look at it from our point of view, but also take a step back and view it from other perspectives as well. For instance, pain and struggle come into our lives to change us -- to make us evolve -- and to push us further on our journeys. When you're on top of a mountain, don't the trees, the cars, the people look so much smaller? This is one way we can learn to view life's obstacles. Patience is key during these times, but meditation can be helpful. Close your eyes. Envision that you are in the clouds, weightless, and viewing the whole world below. All pain and all struggle cannot touch you right now, but you can learn from it. What does this perspective show you?
