“Quillo” Spanish Ham Chips —
The flavor is definitely there the first chip in. As you continue along, the flavor, unfortunately, disappears and becomes an ‘all natural’ / plain, salty flavor... Had to eat it in short spurts instead of in one go. *
“Quillo” also has a Fried Egg flavor too. Really tasted like an egg! But too much at once was a little sickening... and quite oily... *
Nonetheless, enjoyed trying both! Was fun.
What do you do when your whole tribe is eating chips in the car on your trip and you find yourself not wanting to join in?! Travel snacking is sometimes a weakness of mine. Anyone else out there like this?
I'd love to know what you do to either: - not resist but be content with your diet choices to eat healthy and keep to those commitments
- not eat the entire whole foods store on your drive even when you're not hungry
It's not the action of eating but what we're telling ourselves and what we are feeling about the situation - left out, tired, bored, deserving? What about eating to "stay sane" with whining kids? Or not wanting to feel uncomfortable by passing on those snacks?
Asking these questions creates an awareness and gives us space to then make a rational decision if you really need and/or want to act.
What is the story you're telling yourself? For our thoughts and feelings lead to our actions.
