had an amazing couple days off 💘 I never go out drinking anymore and I had such a good time, well deserved and it was just the best day/night I’ve had in so long! was very hungover today so let myself eat crappy food haha. back on track tomorrow and surprisingly, I’m looking forward to it lol. might have a little gain this week or a maintain, but I’m happy since I had such a good time and I don’t go out very much! my slimming world lady is actually pretty critical of people having days off, so not looking forward to that, but I know that it’s actually great to have days off for sanity lol so yeah we’ll see what she says but I’m happy anyway 😊
Seeing as I’m fasting, my daily intake of food has been cut down a lot. However for iftar I had; two dates, lentil soup, which was Syn Free, a keema curry (sw recipe) and white rice main, a salad, yes it had a table spoon of olive oil and a whole lemon, loads of water melon, tea, water and tbh I didn’t drink the orange juice. Thought I craved it when I was fasting. But I didn’t!

Hawaiian pizza pasta bake inspired by @claire_louise_ohara
Cook the pasta. Fry the onions and bacon in a big pan in fry light. Add cooked ham, sweetcorn, garlic, passata, chopped tomatoes and seasoned with salt and pepper and a dash of oregano. Mix together the pasta and the sauce, top with cheese and then bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling. Serve with cold pineapple. Incredible!
I didn’t measure the cheese, however I’m not too worried as I havnt had any of my hexa allowance today nor have I had any syns, and I won’t be eating the entire bake! Will just have to be careful how much I have on leftover days 😋🧀
Don’t cook the pineapple as otherwise I believe you have to syn it. Otherwise this meal is syn free, and so so good 👌🏻🍍
🙄😏 WEEKENDS 😏🙄 WARNING LONG POST!!!!! I find weekends hard.
I think weighing in on a Friday morning leads to me to be complacement on Saturdays and Sundays. Monday to Thursday I can be totally on it!! my 2 stone award is 1lb away! 1lb! I have a big family bbq in 4weeks and I'd LOVE to have a sudden whoosh of weight loss! but that would mean doing the impossible (I know it's not impossible..... just feels like it at the moment). However.... I've sat down this evening and reflected on the weekend! Have I been perfect? No..... but then I'm so quick to look at what I failed to do instead of looking at what I achieved.
Thursday: meet friends for coffee at lunch time at a well known coffee chain ( who does that?!?) even tho I was a bit peckish I didn't eat.... what I did do was complain to the manager (he's a friend) about the lack of healthy options!!
Friday: after group drove to see my dad to check how he was as mums away. Said I'd do lunch.... normally I would have gone for a baguette from a lovely shop in petersfield but no! jacket potato with hoops and salad (beans for daddy)
Saturday: went out for lunch to the new pizza shop in waterlooville..... yes we ordered pizza, yes it was as big as the table, yes I enjoyed every mouthful. I had planned to do a sw Chinese fakeaway for dinner...... but I've messed up lunch so might as well save the hassle and just order one! Nope! we made spring rolls, prawn toast, egg fried rice, hoisin noodles, lemon chicken, chilli beef and salt a d pepper chicken and it was bloody lush! And fun to make with girls!
