BREAKFAST: salted caramel, cinnamon and smartie oat cookies.
Made these using 40g of oats, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of quark, 1teaspoon of sweetener, salted caramel essence, cinnamon and 1/2 a packet of mini smarties. Mixed all together and baked in the oven for around 15 minutes.
Served them with @mullerukandireland latte yoghurt and fruit. Really nice! And another way to use your healthy b.
