Beakfast was the usual, 20g oats (1/2 HEB), strawberries(S), Mango (F) and yoghurt (F). Off to work, lunch was tuna pasta (1 syn for mayo), 2 satsumas (S), 1 babybel (part HEA), and cucumber sticks (S) with my giant water again! I’m somehow manaaging to drink 2 bottles a day which is not like me at all!! Dinner was dolmio spaghetti bolognese with my dad, so 4 syns for the sauce, served with 25 g cheese (part HEA) and green beans (S). I then had more cake from last night 🤦🏻♀️ so I would say my syns are probably about 15, as I didn’t have that much cake, just enough to sort my sweet tooth. Hopefully I won’t eat anything else tonight and if I do it will be good for me 🤣
This isn’t a start and end picture of my slimming world journey...this is me at my biggest when I was younger and me now after being on plan for 4 weeks (try not to laugh). Over the years my weight has yo yo’d up and down through fault of nobody but myself. I’ve tried many crash and fad diets plus had every weight loss pill under the sun but nothing seems to be consistent. However I feel the difference this time is that with SW you can pretty much eat what you want but just be smart with the little changes. It really has been a educational already and Im enjoying my journey. I’ve had great support from my friends, have enjoyed cooking and experimenting with my food I’m already seeing the results with my body. I have the busiest few weeks ahead and I’m so freaking excited... off to Las Vegas this weekend with my mum for a week, home in the uk for a week, then off to the Greek islands with my girl @carlalaa91 for a week, home for a DAY then off to the USA for 3 months!!!! Life is crazy right now but I absolutely love it!!!! Throwback to Vegas in October when we hired a mustang and cruised across the Nevada desert to Death Valley... some things in life you just have to do and this was one of them!! It will be a bit different this time though, we will just be chilling by the pool and getting a great tan ☀️ I’m still undecided whether to commit to staying on the diet or not 😂

Been trying lots of new recipies & even done some exersice too! Finding my food diary is really helping me along too 😊

_________________________________________ ✨BREAKFAST - mini overnight oats again, literally my fave thing 😍 Using 20g of oats (half of HexB), strawberries and a muller light! I may have accidentally on purpose ate the rest of my vanilla & chocolate muller from last night, so used cherry bakewell flavour!
_________________________________________ ✨LUNCH - 2 slices of Kingsmill wholemeal crustless bread (other half of HexB+1 syns), with tuna, sweetcorn, and salad cream, ran out of light mayo!(3 syns), & mixed salad leaves
_________________________________________ ✨DINNER - Chinese fakeaway using the mayflower curry sauce(4 syns), chicken, onions, lots of mushrooms & crispy potatoes! My boyfriend went off plan tonight and had a dominos, I’m so proud of resisting the temptation!
