Hats off to @plzbeseated for the amount of craftsmanship and detail he put into this custom seat for my #slash5 . Dane was able to drastically change the profile of the stock seat pan while improving it’s comfort and style. If you are looking for custom upholstry work with a very collaborative process I can’t recommend him enough. Thanks for making Helga look and feel much better.
I was going through my photos from @handbuiltshow and this one stood out to me. Just the right amount of polish (I hate chrome, but just the right amount 👌), slide carbs, drum brakes, tidy tail, toaster tank. Quintessential /5. This is exactly what I'd build as a BMW Cafe!
While rebuilding the top end on my #r75 /5, I found one broken lifter and another with hairline cracks. Replacements are on the way and the bike should be alive and kicking in time for the #handbuiltshow this April.
