New wonder product alert! For ANY skin issue!
I read about this from the wonderful Victoria Health & was looking for some treatments for my poor teenage sons spots (as if puberty wasn’t hard enough, along comes acne!). AND it seems that I’m unlucky enough to be suffering from adult acne, because giving me ageing & wrinkles to deal with, aswell as having to be a “grown up”, wasn’t quite enough, so they threw some acne in too! I’m forever looking for natural products, because I do believe in the power of nature for healing, & dabble a lot in home remedies, and make up lotions and potions, oils and balms and all sorts - in the olden days, I’d be called a witch! And I really have found healing power in nature! Don’t get me wrong, after becoming a bit of a medical miracle myself I strongly believe in medicine & science, but if I can find something natural that works, then it’s bonus prize time!
So I ordered this Thyme Out after a little reading. As well as dealing with all the things it says right there on the bottle, it is antiviral, anti-fungal and antibacterial as well as being anti inflammatory. A lot of acne are caused by bacteria and a lot of skin complaints are caused by it too, or something fungal or viral. So there’s not a lot it won’t fix! Along with this bottle (£18 Victoria Health), it comes attached with a little spray full of Thyme Out to keep handy! And unbelievably it turned up just as an allergic reaction had appeared on my wrist! My OH had bought me a new FitBit bracelet that they claimed was DEFINITELY stainless steel (I’m allergic to base metals, but I can wear stainless steel). I had it on for 8 hours - it was NOT stainless steel! So some itchy hives appeared and were driving me insane, so as soon as this arrived I sprayed it on and just spread it over the rash. Instant relief! It cooled down and instantly stopped the itching! Don’t get me wrong, it didn’t last for ages but it stopped it straight away. I applied it throughout the day and the allergy rash that normally triggers a months long eczema rash has gone right down to just a couple of red spots that are just a tiny bit itchy! Watch this space for acne results!

After a long day in the sun, I take a lukewarm to cold shower (wash with an oil base cleanser without a cloth) and use a repairing body lotion right after. Hey luvs.... It has been awhile since my last post. Still struggling to "fix" this skin. Eventually I know it will heal by itself, with all the love and money spent on her 😏. Its bout time I need to sit back and relax, less grumpy, more happy thoughts. The more I look at it, the more stressful I get😁. There are moments, I told myself that I'm done with this. So tiring.
So, for the past 2 weeks, I was actually trying to craft my routine based on many trials and errors with new products. I guess by now I can safely say that the routine developed, approved by this forever confused skin🍭. Hence, I put up the routines in my bathroom incase I missed out any.
If I'm brave enough, I'll share the progress before and current. As well as what are the products I've incorporated in the routines.
