Your womb NEEDS movement! Not only does the movement help aid in improving circulation, but it rids your life of stagnation (both physically and spiritually). Improving yourself as a dancer and increasing your femininity comes with practice.
Sprouting is a wonderful metaphor for spring. A small ball of energy receiving all of the right things to take root, push up and blossom towards the sky. This is our motto this Full Moon!
