Do you have one of those spots in your home where you know it needs some decorating love but are stumped on how to pretty it up?
I’ve been loving this little corner in my kitchen lately especially in the mornings when the sun rays reflect off the countertop. But the space was still missing a bit of oomph. So yesterday, I experimented by taking one of my blooming pink peonies, putting it in an aqua glass goblet (a gift from a friend) and placing it in front of my acacia wood tray… and voila! 🤩 I say it’s the perfect added touch of spring.
Don’t be afraid to rearrange and play around with what you already have in your home! You might surprise yourself with the loveliest vignette.
It is always a good match to style with a ponytail, it can be a girly one or an elegant one, both works well with either casual outfit or gown!
When we make something simple & clean on hair, lines and the shape are what we care to make it unique every time on our beaming girls! And this time we made a polished and volumized ponytail style for Ka Yee.

I think something as simple and cheap as a bowl of fruit, my fav being pears! Adds another layer to a kitchen island and as a bonus promotes healthy eating to the whole family!

A great #mondaymantra for the start of a new week!
Let our passion keep us focused and grounded…
Let our passion give us that extra boost when we feel stressed and are running on almost empty...
Let our passion be our constant fuel for the work we love or want to pursue.
BTW - can we talk about how pretty this subway tile focal wall is?!
Been moving in silence lately. It’s gotta be done sometimes when life gets too prickly.
This month has had some tough edges, although far from some shite times in the past, anxiety has got the better of me. It’s forced me to be more still and appreciate the here & now. It’s not everyday focusing on the future, sometimes it’s just fine to be where you are. .
My way back to normal is to use plants. They do more than just bring the life into a space. There’s many varieties that help clean the air around you, which in turn helps you to breathe better. In the midst of an anxiety attack focusing on your breathing really matters in regaining your calmness. And since nature also calms you, invest in plants to help yourself. .
Create a space in your home that helps to calm you down. Like this uncluttered alcove, an awesome focal point that will do more than look pretty. .
TAKE A TIN...
and create an atmosphere 🌿swipe🌿
with gorgeous handmade candles.
Remove the contents of the tin. Melt your wax following the manufacturers instructions. Position your candle wick in the base of the tin, pour in the hot liquid wax using a jug. Fill to the brim and secure the position of the wick centrally by using two skewers taped either side of the wick and resting on the top of the tin. Before the wax sets completely pierce any bubbles that appear and top up with more
Take good care, enjoy, and never leave burning candles unattended.

That was my sunny little spot. For all of five minutes until Ava woke from her nap #mumlife . But it was a good five minutes 🌞 both kids are at home sick today. Good day to be stuck inside because although it looks warm and sunny it’s freezing out!
Styling with a kimono is easy like Sunday mornings 🙌🏼✨😍❤️
& if I’m being real... I’m alllllll about easy styling because #momlife 💁🏻♀️ Who’s with me??
To top off its beauty & ease, this gorgeous kimono is made by mamas in India who, through purchases like ours, are now able to send their kiddos to school, breaking generational cycles of poverty!

Had the best time at the @lifestyleworkshops in Copenhagen today with @emilieanneszabo. I managed to master the basic settings of my camera and meet some talented fellow creatives. Love this beautiful clothing editorial shot from the afternoon session.
Post Royal wedding it had to be white flowers for this edition of Simple Sunday. Fortunately I had a few stray azaleas on a standard that were ripe for picking. I added a sprig of glossy Portuguese laurel, a matt green alchemilla mollis leaf to the azalea sprig and popped in a stubby. Have a fab Sunday. 🌼
