"I don't smoke. I don't drink. I recycle."
50/50 is a comedy drama about a man who gets cancer and his decisions trying to cope with it. This movie is really good. The movie had some very endearing dramatic moments that I liked. The comedy was also pretty funny. The acting was really great and everyone does a great job. I like how no one is a bad guy and I really like that. It would be easy to make someone an asshole but I like how human it is. The movie has a nice soundtrack as well full of great songs. But the movie has a few flaws. The humor is funny but I'm not a huge fan of jokes that use references. I understand them but it's just a small thing I've never been a big fan of. I also think the movie could've used more exploration for its emotional moments. It does this sometimes but most of the moments are glossed over which is fine but development would be great. Despite these flaws this movie is great. Overall this is one endearing movie about dealing with illness. 9.5/10
