I could eat pasta for the rest of my life but something just kills me about eating a big old bowl of gluten. I’m obvi not GF, but I feel like with my love of donuts + craft beer (I’m that asshole) my gluten intake is already preeeeetty solid. I’m probably 72% gluten.
ANYWAY I found these noodles that are made out of RED LENTILS GUYS (by @explorecuisine) and even Steve (who is the pickiest human on the block) liked them. They are full of protein! They are delicious! They don’t have that weird *am I maybe cardboard?* texture of most GF noods and they tasted like heaven! It’s been an INCREDIBLE week since we’ve launched Vite Ramen on Kickstarter, and we've come a long way since making noodles in our parent's kitchen! 😊 Thanks to your crazy outpouring of support, we managed to hit our minimum goal in barely more than an hour! ❤️ On the first day, we ended up smashing that goal by over 300%, was featured on Kickstarter’s Projects We Love, and landed in the top Food projects on Kickstarter! Rainbow soba noodles! One of the things I'm going to miss most about working in my current cafe is all the vegan goodies! We always have a vegan muffin and a salad in the cabinet and a range of alt milks. It's the best place to work! Seriously! 🌞

Tatsu's broth is made by simmering whole chickens with seafood and herbs to create a umami-rich yet refined taste. It has the addition soy sauce made in Wakayama, Japan for the Shoyu ramen that I've chosen. I find that the soup tasted subdued but clean and refreshing unlike the incredibly rich broth that I was expecting. See that black stuff? That's black truffle sauce. And an egg is a must for me. 👉 Swipe to see my verdict of this bowl of ramen. ⚠️ Didn't get any MSG attack after that. Refreshing for a change but if you enjoy rich and flavourful pork broth through and through, this ramen is not for you.
