Recipe sweet bread with whipped creme
300gr tp komachi/cakra
60gr castor sugar (me 50)
10gr milkpowder
5gr instant yeast (me saf instant)
1yolk +50gr whippedcreme + susu cair dingin ditimbang sd 220gr
25gr unsalted butter (me:.wisjman krn ga punya yg unsalted)
2gr garam
3xproofing

I believe everything is trail by error, nevermind if it does not work there are other ways aren't there ? Today I made something new it's a potato and chicken pepperoni rosemary bun. Didn't want to spend too much with cooking a filling, thought about this flavour it was quick and fast very easy to execute if you ask me

It all comes from her HOPE to support the mothers out there who are busy with housework and taking care of their children. Another bun-off. Sadly they got snuffled before I could sample their splendour. I'm pretty sure though that the dough made with olive oil and passata was lovely and moist. And curled inside ready for a facial explosion, the tomato, basil, red onion and pecorino would have brought moments of bliss. Ho hum, I'll just have to make them again and not leave them unattended around my husband and Dad...
