Found some footage from SantaCon from which another cut could be made! I’d post in its entirety but it’s rather long. Honestly, the ending is a bit too sappy anyways. All of the characters have something like a monologue.

Good Evening Book Lovers! 📚 ❤️ I randomly picked this book up in a super cute book store in SF (no I don’t remember the name...it was during Santa Con 🎅) yes, I bought this and other books while wearing a Santa onesie with a shirt that said “get lit” ... a readers gotta do what readers gotta do! anyways, very cute, fun, light read! It contains three essays each about the passion behind reading. It’s also filled with some fun book-loving art (swipe 👉). It will make a very good coffee table book as it’s easy to read with colorful pictures and I never wanted to stop flipping through it! •

Lesson learned: if you find yourself in SF on the same day as SantaCon, find yourself an awesome bar that doesnt allow drunk 20 somethings in slutty Santa costumes. THANKS, @paganidolsf !!!
#tfw you’re trying to find a good image of murray hill to use on your blog so you search “santa con” in the hopes that you’ll find some usable photo of murray hill, when all that comes up are images of a dachshund in a Christmas sweater
Happy dirty thirty to my feisty, fearless, beautiful ride or die. Don’t know what I would have done without you over the past decade. Here’s to continuing to make questionable choices, drink too much vodka, have a penchant for penis paraphernalia, and wear ridiculous costumes for the next 10 years 😘 💦🍾
“Who is emailing me during Santacon??”
To be fair, the Golden Gate Bridge will still be there when he looks up. If he looks up. .
For context, San Francisco has a yearly tradition called Santacon (apparently it originated here in SF). People of all genders dress as Santaesque creatures and give toasts to the holidays. The toasting starts around noon and ends when people can no longer walk. .
Wikipedia claims this all originated in subversive street theater to mock Christmas and its consumerism. I guess the subversion may have been subverted.
The new message is, “drink and you shall become drunk”. 🎄 .
