I’m feeling very accomplished this week. I’ve pushed my body hard in my workouts. I have been 100% on point with my meal plan. Even though we had a luncheon at school this week for our seniors, who I sponsor. We got cute little cupcakes made with the school seal on them and everything. But I’ve tasted a cupcake before. I really was not that interested in them. Also, sometimes I feel self-conscious about my healthy habits when eating around others? I sometimes ditch my meal plan just because I don’t want to be the weirdo with freaky food habits. But I embraced my obscurity this week and ate a plate of olives and picked out the meat from a couple of deli sandwiches, all while sitting across from a Bexar County Justice. 💁♀️🤷♀️ It’s taken time and practice to be able to truly listen to what my body needs and deserves. I’m not perfect, but I know I would not have the skill set that I have today without a simple little container system that I tried out a couple of years ago. That meal plan that I started a little over two years ago put me on the right track towards reaching my health and fitness goals and I can’t wait to share it with you. I’ve got 2 health and wellness groups starting the first Monday of May. Both are centered around dialing in your nutrition, however one of them is a little more advanced when it comes to the workouts. Here’s what you’re getting as a member of one of these groups:

“Home on the Ranch” getting signed! A 16x20 My Man just framed this evening! I finished this barn and windmill earlier today! (In the video I said “Home on the Range” so it isn’t my Texas accent you are hearing😜😜; I misspoke 😂!) I was awake painting early this morning before sunup! Getting ready for painting in Fredericksburg tomorrow and needing some fresh piecesto sell! God is so good! So many memories of the windmills and barns where I grew up in Texas! My Man was also my videographer of me signing this painting! He is multi-talented! I think he prefers woodworking!
