These animals that we are meant to coexist with really need us, need us to stop the pollution, the separation, the control, the negative perception of them, & to stop eating them. We have lost one of the strongest relationships to wildlife & now it seems to be getting to a point of scarcity as more animals are going extinct faster than ever. We may not understand the specific role they all play in our life but I can promise you it is for a reason. I offer you to become more compassionate & open to connecting with the wildlife near you #Connection#Animals#Purpose
Another day, another couple of rhinos left orphaned. 😔
From @disunitythefilm: Two orphans rescued after their mothers were poached for their horn 💔 :
The tiny 3 week old White rhino calf was rescued from Pilanesberg and has been taken to @therhinoorphanage —-
The 10-12 month old (critically endangered) Black rhino calf was rescued from Kruger National Park and is now on its way to the @CareforWild Rhino Sanctuary.
If you can, please help donate or spread awareness of rhino poaching! It may not be front and centre on your news feed so everyone’s voice matters...
Lions are only found in the wilds in Africa, but the felines have called many places home. Lions used to live in ancient Greece, the Balkans and parts of southern Russia. According to Herodotus and Aristotle, lions were in Greece around 480 B.C., became endangered in 300 B.C. and finally became extinct in Ancient Greece in 100 B.C.
