Had my first workout of the summer yesterday and it went great, I think I put an over-emphasis on workouts during my outdoor season, and stressed myself out wayyyy too much for each one, so they didn’t go as well. I just rolled with the punches yesterday and it went great! Over-worrying is NOT going to bring a better result- just a more stressful one. So I’m taking this training & looking back at the basics: enjoyment. Up-tempo long run today and enjoyed some delicious carbs afterwards🤩🍝🌱 •

FINALLY! 😋😘👍💕 @officialpureprotein is always my go-to for traveling as the macros are usually low in fat, lower in carbs, and high protein...so perfect for those days when you know you're going to eat more fats and carbs later 😉 They aren't my favorite bars, but I buy them all the time because of the reason above AND they are more affordable than some of the other competitors. This flavor is great and actually has the red velvet taste, so I bought an entire box atmy grocery store. Overall = 8/10 .

I serve them to my 9 month old and myself for breakfast and they are so simple to make. I grind some oatmeal, a banana and an egg together in a bullet or Ninja and top it with some cinnamon. Umm it’s so dang good! This morning we added bananas but my little one loves blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries or apricots.
