Good news: I think the most recent pair of New Balance shoes I got were way too stiff in the back and aggravated my heel. After talking with NB they were very nice let me return the other shoes & suggested a different model with a softer back to try. They came today 🤗
Bad news: After switching back to old sneakers, not running last week & doing a few easy miles earlier this week my heel was still hurting. Went to have it check out the other day and today I picked up my RX 💊 Dr thinks the shoe may have rubbed on my Achilles and they think I have tendinitis 😬 Meds, icing and no running or outside bike riding for a week and we will see how it is. Anyone else ever had this? Anything other remedies that you know of that might help even more??
