Happy Sunday! .
Remember to take some time for yourself this long weekend! I finished reading a book yesterday, wrote a chapter today, and am playing some video games as the afternoon gets toasty warm outside.
I trimmed back our honeysuckle vine, unclogged a gutter, and spread mulch over our new blueberry bushes. Productive, but taking it slow and relaxed, like I have all the time in the world.
*dont mind the fact that nathaniel can literally flail me around with his arm lmaoooo*
I could post something about my body. Or about how I doing really well. Buuuuuut... this is more important to me.
Through the best of times and through literally fucking terrible times you've been by my side with no hesitation.. no questions.. just love and acceptance. Because hes honestly the most real and genuine person ever.
Months apart with no contact from a stupid choice on my end, and eith no questions, no judgement or anything.. we're back to Fucking Shit Up.

EMOTIONAL BODY PURGE alert 🖤✨ Have you been feeling like you need direction or can’t get a handle on some things or else things really feel great and your waiting for something unplanned to show up? There is a saturation point now for the emotional body! This week in session and in news it has become clear that we don’t really know how and were never really trained to let go or cope with our emotions, and sometimes they stay in the emotional body longer than usual. I’d tell you to go outside and walk around to ground and that’s great, but that may not feel like enough right now. The emotional body wants attention and it gets what it wants. Repeating mantras and breath work are very helpful to purge the emotional body. A mantra like “I’m opening the flower of my own heart to myself” or “what else is possible with ....?” This totally beats a downshift or feeling overrun with gaps in what you feel should already be figured out. Breathing and conscious words change patterns of energy loves.
