Currently exploring some yoga due to the health benefits that I have read about! One of the most recommended moves is the head stand. Standing on our head increases blood flow to the brain and delivers extra oxygen, increasing focus. It is also said to improve digestion as the blood flows in a reverse action up the bowel. As I am currently working on upper body strength Kayley got me to practice on the TRX ropes.
