Self Love Ritual
After bathing or whenever your heart feels called most, allow yourself to stand naked in sacred space. Applying herbal infused oil over every part of your body. Remembering how precious each cell is, how grateful you are for all your vessel has experienced from the day you were born, recalling that this earthen form is your one true home. Annointing from head to toe and in between. If you feel called, speak love into yourself, speaking the way you've craved to be loved. Becoming whole calls for unconditional love to wash over everything. Begin with you.
Our bodies may not always work the way we want, or feel they way we think it should, or look the way the world has sold us to look, we may get ill, heartbroken, injured or abused, we may experience every level of suffering in this life and every level of joy, no matter what the story our bodies are sacred. They are a part of the medicine we learn here. I believe so deeply when we begin with love within we can truly radiate it out and change the world. Allow for vulnerability and transparancy. Practice makes progress♡
