Its FRYDAY FRYUPS time again and we thought it a delicious desert was on the cards this week.

APPLE & BLACKBERRY SOUR CREAM CAKE

Ingredients:
1 packet arrowroot/wheatmeal biscuits
125g or 1/2 a block butter
380g can caramel top & fill
400g can apples/apple pie filling
250g tub sour cream
1 egg
Plain flour
Handful blackberries
Cake tin
Camp oven with trivet

Method:
Place biscuits in a zip lock bag, seal it and then crush
them with a can or stubby. If you don’t have a zip lock
bag available, they can be crushed within a clean tea
towel. Melt the butter in a pan over the fire and mix in
the biscuits. Press the biscuit base into the bottom of a
greased cake tin. Pour the entire can of caramel on top,
ensuring the entire biscuit base is covered. Scoop the can
of apples over the caramel.
Mix sour cream and egg in a bowl. Add flour until the
mixture is thick but still pourable. Pour over apple. Sprinkle
blackberries over cake and press in slightly to avoid
burning. Place the cake on a trivet within the camp oven,
with the lid on. Sit the camp oven on a pile of coals outside
the fire and cover the lid with more coals. Bake for 40
minutes, changing coals halfway. The cake is ready when
a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean. Can be
eaten hot or cold.

I love beef pot roast. 🤤
I don't know what it is, but I always have. And since I'm only eating meat, broth and a handful of veggies at the moment. This is so great! It feels like a treat. Just throw a pot roast, some bone broth, salt, any cut up veggies you want....I threw in fresh rosemary, thyme, oregano, and some peppercorns and just let it do its thang for about 6-8 hrs! It's so easy and delicious! My mouth is watering just thinking about it! What's your favorite crockpot recipe?? I'd love to know!

Regrann from @_wifelife_ -  Shirataki noodles- best kept secret. 20-40 calories for the entire bag of tofu noodles and has a really good "al dente" texture. The key is soaking them very well to wash away any odor and then to dry them very well so that they can sauté nicely. I cooked mine with zoodles, freshly minced ginger and garlic, soy sauce and a drop of sesame oil. Experiment numero 1

Normální mlíko se už u nás téměř nekupuje. 
Ale máme rádi kafíčko. Pijeme často kafíčko. Kuba si dá rád dobrý kafíčko bez mlíčka, ale já ne! Já chci hodně mlíčka! Takže jsme doteď kupovali většinou rejžový nebo sójový pseudo mlíko z @lidlcz . Poměr kvalita-cena dobrý, řekla bych...
Nevím, proč mi tak dlouho trvalo, než jsem se pokusila vyrobit vlastní rostlinný mlíko..možná jsem se obávala, že s mým  obyčejným tyčovým mixérem to nepůjde..a ono šlo.
Ale..vybrala jsem recept, kterej jsem našla víckrát (nebo si byly aspoň dost podobný), tudíž jsem mu důvěřovala.
100g jasmínový rejže, namočit na 24-30 hodin, slejt vodu, nalejt novou, špetku soli, trochu agavovýho sirupu, pořádně rozmixovat, scedit, rýžový drink hotov. Nicméně ve všech receptech byla k 100g rejže doplněna voda na litr až litr a kousek. Já jsem dala tak maximálně 3/4 litru a vlastně s výsledkem nejsem moc spokojená. Je to dost voda..nevím, jestli jsem udělala někde chybu. Nemyslím si. Příště zkusím větší poměr rejže. A nebo třeba jiný rostlinný mlíko.. Jestli máte někdo zkušenosti, chceme je vědět!

BAHAN:
1 roti tawar, potong-potong menjadi kubus 1 inci 
6 telur besar
475 ml susu
1 ½ sdt ekstrak vanili
1 ½ sdt bubuk kayu manis
1/3 sdt bubuk pala
Sirup maple, untuk tambahan
Pisang

CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Kocok telur, susu, ekstrak vanila, kayu manis dan pala dalam mangkuk.
2. Tempatkan roti dalam mangkuk besar dan tuangkan campuran susu ke atasnya. Aduk sampai roti dilapisi sepenuhnya, lalu masukkan ke dalam loyang yang sudah diminyaki.
3. Panggang pada 180 ℃ selama 25-30 menit, sampai bagian atasnya berwarna keemasan. Dinginkan selama 5 menit, lalu sajikan dengan sirup maple dan pisang.

※Ingredients :
1 Napa Cabbage, 4.5l Water, 200g Salt, 50g Salt
1/3 Shredded Radish, 1 Handful Scallion, 1/2 Korean Pear, 1 Onion
- Porridge: 300ml Water, 3 Tbsp Sweet Rice Flour
- Seasoning And Spices: 15 Tbsp Red Pepper Powder, 100ml Fermented Shrimp Sauce, 1.5 Tbsp Plum Extract, 1 Tbsp Sugar, 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 1/2 Tbsp Minced Ginger, 1 Tbsp Fermented Shrimp
Boiled Pork
1. Cut bottom of the cabbage and remove any green outer parts and cut them in half.
2. Add 200g sea salt into 4.5 L of water and dunk the halves in. Sprinkle the salt between leaves by lifting up every leaf and getting salt in there. Pour eft over salt over.
3. Rinse off from the running water and Strain them for more than 2 hours.
4. Add 5 Tbsp sweet rice powder into 300ml water and mix well with the wooden spoon in low heat. Let it cool off completely
5. Blend the Korean pear, and onion.
6. Combine blended Korean pear and onion, porridge, seasoning mix.
7. Season shredded radish with the mixture and add sliced scallion and continue mixing.
8. Spread some kimchi paste on each cabbage leaf.
9. Slice the boiled pork.

【カリふわ自家製がんも】

~材料~
 木綿豆腐...2丁
A 溶き卵...1個分
A 長いも...50g
A 片栗粉...大さじ2	
A 塩...小さじ1/2g
 万能葱...5本
 にんじん...30g
 揚げ油...適量  サラダ油...適量 .
~手順~ 
1.豆腐は1丁を6つに切り、1かけずつペーパータオルで包む。
2.水気を絞って500gにし、ボウルに入れる。
3.長いもはすりおろし、万能葱は小口切にする。にんじんは3cmの長さの千切りにする。
4.豆腐をよく混ぜ、(A)を加えて1分練り混ぜ、(3)を加える。
5.10等分にし、手にサラダ油をつけながら丸める。
6.フライパンに揚げ油を1.5cmの深さに注ぎ入れる。
7.中火で160℃に熱したら、かるくつぶしながら5個分入れて強めの中火にする。
8.8分ほどかけて表裏揚げる。残りも同様に揚げる。

~アドバイス~ 
熱々も美味しいですが、冷めてからだしで煮るのもおススメです。
