Dinna was baked tofu, veggies and vegan cheese sauce 🌱.. it was pretty delicious. Had a super busy week so far, so grateful for the day off. Taken the day to be grateful for and to remember the lives that have been lost in war fighting for freedom and something greater than themselves, they shall not be forgotten. ...other than Anzac Day.. I’ve been feeling good in the gym but have been really bad with food.. lots of mindless snacking and it’s stressing be out a bit .. part of me is trying to have food freedom but the other part of me feels like I’m binging and mindlessly eating.. anyway I don’t know.. sometimes I just get so over fighting this fight but I also feel like I don’t really have an alternative so here we are fighting for recovery anyway. PIZZA DE COLIFLOR Y VAINAS CON GAMBAS

Buenos días. 
Hoy os paso la receta de estos dos platos que comí el fin de semana. Son fáciles de hacer, rápidos y nutritivos.
Viva la comida casera!! PIZZA DE COLIFLOR:

Ingredientes;:
1/2 coliflor triturada en en procesador
1 huevo/ harina de garbanzos (opcion vegano)
200g de queso mozarella/ (queso de coco)

Preparación:
Ponemos la coliflor en un lekue y 8' al microondas. Lo sacamos, escurrimos y lo mezclamos con el huevo y el queso hasta que quede una masa uniforme.
Lo ponemos sobre un papel de horno y lo horneamos 25' a 180°C.
Por encima yo puse salsa de tomate, mozarela, tomate pimiento rojo, champis, cebolla y caballa. Y lo volvemos a hornear otros 10'. VAINAS CON GAMBAS

Ingredientes:
400g de vainas
200g de gambas peladas
Unas pasas (hidratadas en agua)
Semillas de girasol
Semillas de calabaza 
Ajo y AOVE

Preparación:
Limpiamos y troceamos las vainas. Las ponemos en el lekue y 5 minutos al microondas.
En una sarten rehogamos un diente de ajo con un poco de aceite de oliva, añadimos las vainas y volvemos a rehogar 2', incorporamos las pipas y pasas y dejamos cocinarlos 5' para que se integren todos los sabores. Finalmente añadimos las gambas y las cocinamos 1'. Algunos pensaréis que se me ha olvidado la sal pero tengo el habito de cocinar con poca o nada de sal. Cosas de familia

O M G this was so good! i have been absolutely loving sweet potatoes in my breakfast because they are filling and delicious! i simply roast them for about an hour at 400 the day before, and microwave them for 1-2 minutes the next morning. today i had mine with some @foragerproject plain cashewgurt, almond butter, hemp, chopped granny smith apple, @purely_elizabeth grain free granola, and hemp seeds! i definitely suggest you try this out!

A few days ago I posted a picture with a new recipe I have been working on. Whole chicken with saffron, lemon and za'atar stuffed with toasted rye bread, dried scandai berries, herbs and butter. ⠀

In the first post, you could see the beautiful yellow exterior of the bird. A result of many spices and of course saffron. But in this one, you can see the delicious stuffing inside the bird. A sweet crunchy mix to balance the acidity from the soft exterior meat. Served on beautiful baking tray by @morsomoments⠀

A few days ago I posted a picture with a new recipe I have been working on. Whole chicken with saffron, lemon and za'atar stuffed with toasted rye bread, dried scandai berries, herbs and butter. ⠀ ⠀ In the first post, you could see the beautiful yellow exterior of the bird. A result of many spices and of course saffron. But in this one, you can see the delicious stuffing inside the bird. A sweet crunchy mix to balance the acidity from the soft exterior meat. Hervir la espelta (1 taza de cafe) y enfriar. Hacer el guacamole con 1/2 aguacate, 1 hoja de kale y sal y pimienta. Agregar a la espelta una cucharadita de vinagre de umbeoshi y una cucharadita de pasta de umbeoshi. Agregar a la espelta el guacamole y mezclar. Montar los makis con la alga nori y el relleno que guste (calabacín y zanahoria). Cortar y servir con salsa de soja.//

FIGGY GRANOLA BUTTER BAR! 🥜This bar has A LOT of GOOD stuff in it! I literally mixed in everything I thought was YUMMY to make it! 😋I made half bars and half energy balls! Hope is really into the energy balls lately! 👧🏼🙃

1/2 cup dried figs
1/4 cup almond butter @onceagainnutbutter 
2 heaping tablespoons coconut butter @artisanaorganics 
1/8 cup granola @grandyoats 
1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon cocoa nibs @sunfood 
2 tablespoons oats @bobsredmill 
In food processor @ninjakitchen Blend almond butter, coconut butter, cocoa powder & oats till smooth. Chop up figs and throw in all the rest of ingredients and pulse lightly to keep chunky! 😉
Press into square or rectangular container to make bars or roll into balls...
Refrigerate for an hour to set.
Enjoy! 😉

Preparar leches vegetales en casa es muy fácil! Y sobre todo si tenéis utensilios tipo #chufamix, que facilitan mucho el filtrado. Yo tengo uno del #lidl que solo me costó 10€ y que es una maravilla 👏😍

🔸 150gr de Anacardos Crudos.
🔸 1L de Agua Mineral.
🔸 5 Dátiles (Opcional).

Tan fácil como hidratar los frutos secos y la carne de los Dátiles un mínimo de 3/4h, posteriormente triturar con el el Agua Mineral y colar. Guardar en la nevera y consumir como prefiráis! 😊🥛 ¿Alguna Pregunta? 👇

👩🏻‍🍳Recipe:
2 egg whites
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup quick cooking Oats or any other flour of your choice.
1 scoop devotionnutrition Angel Food Cake Protein 
1 devotionnutrition Creme Brûlée Flex Flavors
1/4 cup water or any other liquid of your choice.
1 tsp Further Food Turmeric Tonic or 1 tsp Turmeric Powder with a pinch of black pepper.
1 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon.

Mix everything well with a fork and let your batter sit for 10 minutes 🙂
Pour half the batter into a hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter. Add your fav toppings and enjoy! I’m having blueberries syrup (microwave 1/4 cup blueberries for 30 seconds) 😘Yield: 2 waffles .....
