She Leaders walk in purpose. Setting sail with BOLD VISION is the exciting phase of purpose, but what happens when the tough stuff of the real-life journey sets in? Obedience with daily tasks. Sewing into a vision that no-one else might yet see. Keeping eyes of faith not discouragement. For insight, we've gleaned four lessons from words of David handing over His vision to his son Solomon in 2 Cronicles 28:8-10
1: Do a heart check-in: Am I building a "temple" for myself (my own ego and needs) or walking towards Gods greater purpose? Building for His glory and legacy beyond my own gratification (yup, sometimes searching our own hearts takes us to places that are raw + real)
2. Am I seeking to hear Gods voice: Sometimes it may feel like we are searching in the dark. But lets be women who follow the whispers of what is pure, good & eternally minded
3. "Be strong & courageous" - A strength that is bold enough to go deep, show up and be seen. Courage = cor = heart. Showing up whole-hearted in the journey so we can stand and say, whatever i did I pursued to best of my ability with clean hands and a pure heart
4. "Do the work" (hello!) Being faithful in the little and BIG thingsin order to build something that lasts. Even when it may cost us, lets live with obedience born through LOVE.
Cheering you on as you show up and do YOUR work today gorgeous woman. You are seen + always enough xx
A little naked face for y'all 👌
My skin was my biggest insecurity. I packed on layers and layers of makeup as if that helped my skin or made it look any better... I was off and off antibiotics for years trying to get rid of it. All the good that did my was ruin my good flora and cause me other issues. Nothing I did helped. I would spend hours making homemade face masks putting all sorts of crap on there in the hopes that I would find the right routine. I had a few makeup artists make comments about my skin and a modeling agency told me to come back when my face cleared up (totally valid but it just made more frustrated with my skin). I felt like I was held back by my acne. Turns out I just had to grow out of it. I'll skin get minor breakouts every once in a while but man am I glad to be able to be done with the worst of it. Honestly I think every single teenager should have to go through the hazing of having an "ugly phase"😂 Now I'm confident going to photoshoots with a naked face❤
