Healthy Cannabis Turtle Pie! (Raw, Gluten free, Vegan, Paleo, refined sugar free)
5 TBSP cocoa powder
12 deglet noor dates pitted and chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup raw walnuts
1/4 cup raw cashews
1/4 cup raw almonds
1/4 cup unsweetened dried coconut flakes
1 tsp almond extract
1 TBSP water
1 TBSP cannabis coconut oil
In a food processor add all ingredients and process until smooth and sticking together.
Press into tart pan or a lined baking dish. Set in freezer while completing next steps.
10 deglet noor dates pitted
3 TBSP almond butter
3 TBSP cannabis coconut oil
2 tsp almond extract .
Soak dates in warm water for 2/3 mins to soften.
Add all caramel ingredients to food processor and processor until very smooth. Spread an even layer on top of crust. Return to freezer.
Nut butter Mouse:
1 can full fat coconut milk or coconut cream
3/4 cup peanut butter
2 TBSP 100% maple syrup
1/2 tsp almond extract
Pinch sea salt.
Scoop out coconut fat, leaving behind coconut water.
Add to food processor along with remaining mouse ingredients, process until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness. Spread mouse layer on top of caramel layer.
Cannabis chocolate drizzle:
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
1.5 TBSP cannabis coconut oil
Pinch of Maldon salt
In a double boiler melt oil and chocolate chips until combined. Remove bowl from heat and drizzle chocolate with a spoon over pie.
Top with chopped nuts if desired.

🌜RAW VEGAN TARTS🌛
I basically spent all day lying on my bed, sketching (I’m really into sensual art right now 🌞) and playing card games with my sis. After a while (when that got boring), I turned into a fortune teller and told her alll about her future 😜👌🏻 I spread out all the cards in that smooth & majestic way & asked her to pick one for each topic I‘d touch on. After that it was my turn, so here’s what we learned about my future: I‘ll be engaged by the time I‘m 24 (thank goodness for that, for I don’t want to be an old moma 😅), I‘ll have two kids and four dogs in total, never have a car of my own (which excludes vans as well, but who’s to say my fiancé can’t have one 😏👏🏻), travel to another 9 countries in my lifetime (let’s make it 30 and I’m good! 😜👌🏻), wear pants for the majority of my life (vs. dresses) & move away from home in 13 years... although I think it’s gonna be more like 13 months... 😏✨Have you ever been to a real fortune teller? And were you happy about your fate... 🙈💫⚡️🐘

🌻RAW VEGAN CHOCOLATE CAKE🌻
I probably wrote this over a month ago & I’m so impressed by how far I’ve already come (since the problems I described feel way lighter on me now): I have decided to give myself some time to rest. Mostly because I want my shin splints to heal, because after two years it’s kinda time for me to give healing some patience, not interrupting it every day just to wonder why my body doesn’t recover: Because you don’t let it, bich! 😄🍂Body and mind work together and dis-eases in either part mostly represent imbalances in both. This explains why my shin splints go beyond the shins, stemming from the mind. If you ignore emotional pain/exhaustion long enough it manifests into the physical. If you won’t willingly see the truth, it will eventually force you to. My pain in the shins is telling me to sit the fuck still (because it hurts to walk...get it?). Same goes for the mind. I am exhausted of this constant thinking, running of thoughts. I just want to sit on a bench and let the sunshine and nature’s music sink in. I still feel inspired; I‘m just a little tired of taking the world apart by analyzing it! Nothing gets closer to magic than no longer labeling things with human made titles. I just want to lie in bed and listen and look. What does this world actually look and sound and feel like?
I don’t resign from thinking: Philosophy and psychology and anthropology and geology still fascinate me! But our truest essence is in EXPERIENCING the world, not in trying to UNDERSTAND it. True understanding comes from observing; not from reading text books at school & simply learning everything by heart for a fucking exam! I am rediscovering the wonders, leaving behind the facts I learned about the nature of things in the back of my mind, in order to receive without immediately repackaging wonders into facts. You have to see things for what they are in order to actually SEE them. Otherwise you see them with the intellect: Two legs, tail, head... the magic disappears! This is the place creativity is born. I feel amazing ✨🌻
Raw vegan dessert.
Vegan dessert for my best friend. It's his birthday today. Little treat for these hot days. Simple and delicious. 4 ingredient dessert.
Frozen bananas. Maple syrup. Cashews/ almonds. Almond milk.
Everything mixed in the food processor. Topped with nuts and put it in the freezer.
Tastes like a mix of cake and ice cream.
