Back in ketosis today and boy did the keto flu hit me like a freight train. Only thing that saved me was sneaking some pickle juice from a coworker's jar of pickles. Desperate times call for desperate measures. #noregrets
That nightmare mixed with the gloomy weather really wiped me out mentally, but I made sure to spend some quality time with all the boys before curling up into bed. They always manage to end my day on a positive note.
Tomorrow is a new day in which the sun will be shining and I'll be bringing my own pickle juice!

I lost my little babe Coco LaBouche a week ago and it shattered me.
So I got myself two more little friends! I wish Coco had a little rat companion as they are very social animals. But all she knew was being on her own.
I have so much love for these little beans already! They have settled in very fast. They have cleaned out their food bowl and love exploring their new home. One is speedy and likes to jump around and loves getting into the nooks and crannies as she was the smallest of the bunch. The other is calmer, likes snuggles and running in the wheel :D
