Today is the start of my 8th week of prep and that means today was the start of HIIT (high intensity interval training). Currently I’ve got 6 intervals of sprints on the treadmill, and wowzaaaaa! I haven’t done sprints since I played rugby back at uni, and I joined the athletics club to get faster! They taught us to actually run on our toes and bring the legs up high, so my calves and lower stomach really felt that, having not done it for about 4 years or so 😂! But strangely I really enjoyed the struggle!!!! I just want to improve and I welcome anything that’s going to bring that improvement to my physique! Building muscle for me isn’t the hard part (although I wouldn’t say it’s a breeze, I push HARD), it’s the fat loss aspect on my legs and booty! My upper bod is fine, but it’s my big ol booty! Every day life I am winning, on the stage, it’s like the moon 🌑!!! Yes I do love having a big booty, but I need to get that thing leaner for the stage and I know I will! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Anxiety isn’t that bad?
Yes it is!
Nobody really understands what anxiety feels like until you feel it. It consumes your whole body.
Anxiety makes you sit there and over think every single thing. My worst problem is thinking everybody is leaving me. Anxiety at times can make you think people in your life are leaving you. You begin to feel abandoned and not worth anything because the most important people/person in your life doesnt want you. So you push away for fear of being hurt. You push them away so they can’t discard you or leave you. Anxiety makes you think the most fucked up shit. And then really you end up missing out on everything in life that makes it good for you. It sucks.
For other people it could be social anxiety or something as simple as having to start a new job, doctors appointment or just leaving the house. I feel anxiety is something that you can’t get rid of but it is something you can learn to control.
