Struggling through mental illness is a pain, daily drained and constantly fighting with yourself to come to terms with everything that has happened in the past. My mental illness hasn't been elaborated and I have put it out there that I suffer #PTSD and #anxiety . So here it goes, the past 4 years of my life has been a whirl wind of pain and sorrow. In 2014 I suffered a miscarriage, of my twin daughters Ebony and Ivory at 18 weeks gestation. It was a traumatic birth and me and my babies weren't expected to make it, some days I wish I would of went with them because the pain only got worse from there... only to be hit with 5 more miscarriages. So many questions left unanswered till last year, I suffer from a form of Lupus that causes clots around the placenta of the babies and clots my ovaries off during pregnancy, so basically my body was killing my children. When I had my daughter Willow in 2010, she was born 33 weeks gestation and was hospitalized for a month. I found out I also was RH-, I was lucky to be able to bare her. I now can't bare any children due to the severe damage that was done to my uterus. This is a hard story for me to tell and it isn't the half of it, I'm slowly working on coming to terms with other issues that have been thrown my way, thank you for taking your time to read.💖
- Today is day 587 of the 22 push-up challenge that Frank Tincher challenged me too. You do 22 push ups a day to raise awareness for the combat veterans. There are 22 vets on average each day that take their lives due to their PTSD. So if you know a vet or encounter a vet that needs help can you please get them the help they need. #22kill#22pushupchallenge#ptsdawareness#letscheckonafriend#mission22
We want to thank all our supporters for being so sweet to us and opening up to us about your pain. We’re so happy to witness your recoveries. All the work you all do on yourselves is so inspiring. I feel like crying to be here with you all and be sharing this platform with you. 😢🌻💛 Gracias 🤓
Today we worked on socialization and obedience at the waterfront in Barrie today with Remy (Wilson's sister). The love and dedication to her handler is so strong. She is going to make a great service dog someday.
I'm sorry it took me 3 years after your passing to make it out to you and pay my respects. But it was a goal of mine to make it to your home just for this. Although we all have our struggles and demons I personally use you as a motive to live for you what you could not despite how hard and lonely things get sometimes, you help me overcome. It was surreal to physically see that truth now before me when I did finally find your gravestone. I hope you are resting in that peace you longed for when trying to overcome your demons. I wear my bracelet daily in remembrance of you , and you do have others on this side continuously thinking of you . See you when that final day comes around my friend. You are missed and loved heavily. RIP Brother. .
You’ve all been amazing!!! I can’t believe the level of support we’ve received! 🤟This project has been a roller coaster for all involved and we’ve all struggled with some level of discomfort and growth while working on it. I’ve personally struggled with self doubt and fear throughout the process. I’ve asked myself on many occasions whether this was a big mistake or a great idea... honestly I still struggle with that question. I had coffee with the guys today and I think I can sum up our discussion by saying that we’re all overwhelmed with the response we’ve received. We’ve had communication with people throughout the country, the US and even further! Thank you once again for your support! It means a lot. Anyways, I guess that’s all I’ve got for now. Be cool, take care of one another, and think about someone you know who could use a kind word or a coffee. Later!👊 Wayne✌️🎧 #survivalmentalitypodcast#overcomeyourfears#fuckptsd#growtogether#podcasting#stigmas#breakthesilence#policelivesmatter#firstresponders#ptsdawareness#ptsd#ptsdrecovery#brothers 😎
Photos taken last weekend at the #wimhof advanced module for future instructors in southern California Practitioners of the #wimhofmethod flew in from all over the world coming from #newzealand#malaysia , #europe , #canada , #australia and all over the ##usa . It was great to share space with all of you. 🙏🏼 I had the opportunity to learn and review the latest research on the wimhofmethod and the benefits for the body and mind. @iceman_hof continues to present his body for scientific research and study 📖 with new understanding of our human anatomy, physiology and neurological systems. Many old and ancient practices coming back to light 💡 with scientific analysis.
I learned from the best, both @kaspersfocus and @drtrishasmith who are both knowledgeable, attentive, professional instructors and disciplined practitioners of the wimhofmethod. Thank you both. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Hey I came across the founder of an amazing organization called "Ride It Out" Yesterday on our local mtb trails. Check out the sites on Instagram, facebook, and youtube. They help Veterans and first responders with adventure trips to help deal with PTSD. It is a great non profit organization so please check it out and donate if possible. Thank you so much.👍
