Making the most of my Saturday morning with some freshly baked date and chia muffins 🤤🤤😍
I will admit I cheated with an easy mix from @sowans_ireland 🙊 but I’ve been on a catering placement 👩🏻🍳all week so I think I deserve a break😏
I added some chopped pecans as a topping and subbed coconut oil for the vegetable oil because that was all I had on hand 🥣
A few months ago, @eatenlightened was ever so kind as to send me two different care packages with 9 of their new flavors😍🍦 Because my GI system was being a turd (literally and figuratively) I sadly let all 18 pints just sit in my freezer for a while. About a month ago, I said screw it to my crippled gastrointestinals and plowed through them (since the turdiness was going to persist regardless). So here we are a month later, 18 pints down (and like 3lbs lighter lol) and I guess there are 3 things I want you to glean from this caption:
1. wow WHAT A TIME TO BE ALIVE YALL when you can get free ice-cream in the mail
2. Keeping in mind that I can’t digest the glutenz, my top 3 favorite flavors are PB chocolate chip (as evidenced by the photo shoot), Movie Night, and PB marshmallow
3. lastly, @eatenlightened is the best for HOOKING YA GIRL UP with some high protein icecream🙌🙌 Bless you guys for helping me preserve my gains when most days my GI system is in the trenches of WWIII. That being said, my stomach behaved fairly well with the non gluten pints! I did only eat a serving or two at a time, but I was surprised that the dairy didn’t bother me! -
K social media that’s all I have for today. Anyone else have a similar top 3 favorite flavors??🍦😍🍦

Salted caramel chia oats 😍
Celebrating my last day of study with a slightly more indulgent breakfast 🤤

🥣1 tbsp flax
🥣2 tbsp chia (I used white chia seeds from @thechiaco )
🥣2 tsp honey
In the morning, top with this salted caramel drizzle 👇🏻
🍯1 tsp honey
🍯1 tsp tahini
🍯1 tbsp milk
I also added some chopped walnuts and homemade granola #fortheinsta 😏
🥜🍌🍦PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA🥜🍌🍦
............PROTEIN ICE CREAM.............
Inspired by the few days of glorious sunshine I wanted to test out a recipe for protein icecream.
This couldnt be simpler!
INGREDIENTS 🍌2 Ripe Bananas (the browner the better). Roughly chopped and freeze
🌰 1 Cup of Nut Milk (I went with @alpro unsweetened almond)
🥜 1tbsp Peanut Butter (highly recommended @totallynutzbutter 🤗)
💪 1.5 Scoops of Vanilla @nutriscinutrition whey .
Once your bananas are frozen, combine all ingredients in blender, blend until creamy consistency is formed. Depending on the consistency desired, return to freezer for a couple of hours and ENJOY!
WARNING: THIS IS SERIOUSLY ADDICTIVE YOU MAY EAT THE WHOLE TUB TO YOURSELF! .
You can get your @nutriscinutrition protein instore at @Honeybeehealthstore or @Molloys_lifestyle_Pharmacies or simply pop online to www.nutriscinutrition.com for nationwide delivery. I highly recommend the vanilla flavour but have recently tried the chocolate and its a very close 2nd for me.
Chocolate 🍫 coconut 🌴 protein balls ⚽️ .
I have a busy day ahead of me tomorrow (an exam 📝, study 📚and work🏃🏻♀️) so I’m making sure I have plenty of snacks on hand!
To make these at home (recipe makes 15 balls), you will need 👇🏻
🍯 1/4c honey
🍯 1/2c nut butter (I used @totallynutzbutter 😍)
🍯 5 tbsp water
🍯 1 cup oats
🍯 2 tbsp maca powder
🍯 4 tbsp chia seeds (I used white chia seeds from @thechiaco to switch it up from black!)
🍯 1/2c shredded coconut
🍯 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
🍯 40g dark chocolate, chopped
🥣 Combine all the dry ingredients
🥣 Combine the nut butter, honey and water (you may need to heat the nut butter and honey a little to get them to mix, depending on the nut butter)
🥣Stir the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until well combined - you might need to use your hands to get it all well mixed!!
🥣 Roll into balls and place in the fridge for an hour or two to firm up
Kicking the morning off with this quick & healthy snack. Use thin slices of bread, toasted, then slap some crunchy PB on that bish so it gets all gooey, & finally top it with some @chronicstrength Dark Chocolate Protein Crumble.🙌🏼Dude!!🤤If you love PB & chocolate combined, then this is most definitely your jam-a must try.😋 You could even toss some sliced bananas on there too.😍 Who would get down with this snack??
The @battleoats bites are really quite something else.
Without even talking about this flavour in particular, they all come in two pieces and have some amazing textures all going on at once 😍
The chocolate caramel flavour is the favourite from what I read on insta, and now I finally got round to trying it I can see why!
The pieces are made of 3 parts.. with a soft chocolate protein nougat and then a lavish layer of thick caramel. All encased in milk chocolate with a fudge crumb topping 🤤
The flavours are nice and strong, coming through really well as you chew. The softness of the protein, the stickiness of the caramel, the chewy fudge pieces, and the crispies all come together to really change the game up!
Macros are pretty sweet too at 227cals 8.7f 15.5c and 20p
This scores high, I can't think of a negative as they really have come up with a standard caramel chocolate flavour in an out-of-this-world way. 9.5/10
Cheers to @proteinpickandmix for gifting me this to try! So good!
Starting off the week with this cosy bowl of chocolatey oats 🍫 I added a 2 tsp of cacao and a tsp of stevia to my normal oats 👇🏻
The basic method to how I make my egg white oats 🥣
🔸40g oats (jumbo are my favourite!)
🔸1 tbsp chia seeds
🔸1 tbsp flaxseed 🔸110ml milk (dairy or non dairy works)
🔸110ml water (plus a little extra if you’re adding cacao)
🔸1 egg white
Combine everything except the egg whites and microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes. Give everything a stir and then add your egg whites. I like to sort of whip mine in using a fork but just make sure to mix them in well. Pop it back in the microwave for 40 sec to 1 minute more. Stir again and then top with whatever you fancy!
Enjoyed my cereal so much the other day I decided to do it again on a bit of a smaller scale 😂
This time I got some @funkynutcompany action too, dark choc hazelnut spread is 😍
@reesesuk cereal and mini cups, @lotusbiscoff biscuit, and @gonutritionuk protein shake
Okay this may be my overall winner for the funderbars by @swolesomefoods/@proteinpickandmix 🤤
I absolutely freaking loved the biscoff one but at over 300 cals it could be tough to fit into macros.. this triple choc one is beaut and because it's super low carb the calorie count is a bit nicer @ 245 too.
The triple choc bar has a chewy base like the others, but it's topped with a creamy chocolate layer which is so similar to the ganache found on them REALLY unhealthy chocolate fudge cakes.. no idea how they do it but it's damn good. Then there is the trademark hand finished thick chocolate layer and a decorative drizzle of dark and white choc too.
9/10. Crazy chocolatey like the name suggests, beast 23g of protein, "homemade with love" appearance, and lower cals than the (maybe more tasty) biccy bar. Winner!
Swipe for outside and nutritionals.
These (and more) can be sourced from @proteinpickandmix
Finally trying out the @barebells.uk coconut dream protein pudding. I love these things and it's basically a coconut vanilla custard packing freaking insane macros.

EASY PROTEIN BALLS! || Seriously can’t get enough of these guys! The texture and taste is similar, kid you not, to the center of a Reese’s peanut butter cup (minus all the junk!). Whip these up in 5 mins and perfect for the kids too.
• ¾ cup nut butter, I used sunflower seed but almond or peanut butter is great too
• ¼ cup unpasteurized raw honey
• 1 scoop protein powder, I used @sfh
• ½ cup cacao nibs (or chocolate chips)
1. Mix the ingredients in a bowl with your hands and then form into 1 inch balls.
2. Place on baking tray and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
3. Transfer to a covered container and stored in the fridge.
Perfect for a treat or snack anytime!
CANT WAIT to try all these yummy protein filled treats this Saturday at @noexcusemomsaustin Mother's Day Meetup!! Regrann from @elite.sweets - Zoom in for a closer look at our Cinnamon Sugar donut, one of our most popular flavors! 👀👀
Starts diet...5 minutes later...oh look, COOKIES!
We are all full force into our diets for the summer, and in order for me to stay on track I have had to make some protein treats to have on hand when that Sweet Tooth strikes!
I grabbed this recipe for these ooey gooey chocolate chip cookies from @emilyfrisella ‘s The Fresh Farmhouse Kitchen (available on Amazon).
Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies
•2 1/4 blanched almond flour (found at Walmart)
•1 tsp sea salt
•1 tsp baking soda
•1 cup vanilla protein powder (I used @1stphorm Level 1 Cinnamon Cookie Batter and OMG😋)
•2 large eggs
•1 tsp vanilla
•1/4 cup raw honey
•1/2 cup butter
•1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, dairy free, or regular
•Preheat oven to 350 degrees
•Combine all dry ingredients into a bowl, but leave out the chocolate chips
•Combine all wet ingredients into a separate bowl
•Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients
•fold in chocolate chips
•Chill dough in fridge for 30:00
•Drop 1- 1.5 tablespoon size balls on cookie sheet
•Bake for 8:00, let cool for 5:00, then ENJOY!
Makes 28 cookies
(I made about 35 so the macros would be lower in the case)
What I love most about these cookies are that I don’t feel like I’m restricting myself. They’re sweet, gooey, and delicious without throwing off my hard work I’ve been putting into my diet. Give these a try and let me know whatcha think!

PROTEIN CHEESECAKE MOUSSE SAY WHAT🤤
Was going to wait to share this with you guys....but as I was eating it and enjoying it I realized that’d be selfish of me because it’s too freaking delicous😍 🔶WHAT YOU WILL NEED🔶 ▪️1 package of fat free cream cheese ▪️1 small box sugar free pudding mix (I used chocolate) ▪️2 scoops of any kind of Level-1 by @1stphorm (their protein mixes like no other and the recipe wouldn’t be the same without it! I used the new German chocolate cake😋) ▪️1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt ▪️2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder ▪️1/4 cup stevia ▪️1 teaspoon vanilla ▪️Optional toppings (I used sugar free whip and a little dust of unsweetened cocoa powder, but you could do unsweetened coconut flakes, nuts, or even chocolate chips💁♀️) 🔶HOW TO MAKE IT🔶 ▪️Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature, then mix with nonfat Greek yogurt and vanilla ▪️In a separate bowl combine sugar free pudding mix, level-1, stevia, unsweetened cocoa powder, then add in the almond milk to the dry ingredients ▪️Combine the cream cheese mixture and almond milk mixture until thick and smooth (depending on how thick you want it, you may add more almond milk here if desired) ▪️Refrigerate for at least an hour ▪️I portioned out about half of a cup (anymore would be too much because this is so decadent) ▪️Add desired toppings and enjoy👩🏼🍳 I got this idea from a protein cheesecake @mr_stark_ironman shared with me! You can always take this recipe and mix it up to make it your own version 🤗
Tag me if you try this, I’d love to see what you all think about it!!
