#progress I wore these shorts when I was 15. 1 baby later and i never thought they would zip up again. these are my goal shorts. i put them on once a week to see my progress.

May 7 is the day I bring up the meds topic to my doctor and I’m equally ready and fucking terrified because she’s one of those “if you weren’t so fat you wouldn’t be depressed” “you’re only depressed cause you’re fat” people or she gives me a dose of medication so low it doesn’t hardly do anything to help so here we go🤷🏻♀️ but we’ll see what happens. #progress#mentalillness#2018
Para entrenar procuro siempre usar zapatos deportivos apropiados para Trail Running, que me brindan mayor agarre, lo que impiden caídas o resbaladas y aumentan mi rendimiento. Algo que a mí me ha resultado y me ha ido muy bien, es comprar zapatos con una talla más grande que la usual, para sentir mayor comodidad en las bajadas y evitar lesiones en los dedos de los pies 😉👟🏃🏻♀️ #trailrunning
I was going to go jogging right after I got home from work since it wasn't raining... Then I decided I shouldn't go jogging because I had a headache, felt bloated and fat. So I ate a lot of snacks and I napped for an hour on the couch.... When I woke up I knew that if I didn't go jogging today, I would put it iff for a long time again 😅 so I went jogging in the rain of course 🙄😂 Starting slowly again and hopefully the pain will disappear soon 🙄😤
